And when you try to call it's an AI bot with no way to transfer you to a person. Will be reporting to the BBB and the Orange County Consumer Protection Office. Edit: they finally gave me a refund after posting negatively on multiple platforms and reporting to multiple gov agencies. Shouldn't have to take that much. Amazon got sued for million of dollars for basically the exact same thing. Also what was the point of lying to me about this being a subscription? Considering that the brushes went over it a few times I would've hoped it would take it but it wasn't the case. Still the washing was decent. It was getting close to 6 so I was able to quickly get a spot to do the wipe downs and there were plenty of towels in place for me to put some additional clean ups. The entry and exit is a bit hectic with traffic roaring down Semoran so just take your time heading out.

I went to several bays, trying to see if I could find towels that were not soaking wet and stunk like crazy, but was unsuccessful. Now my hands smell like these nasty towels that are supposedly clean. Air compressor to blow out loose water around your vehicle appeared to be blowing at about 2 psi. Customers on both sides of me were complaining about all the same things. Not one employee at all, walking around checking things, greeting customers, or asking any questions to any customers at all. I get it, you're trying to make these as self service as possible, but it would be nice to have some of your employees greet your customers as they're working on their vehicles to get some feedback regarding clogged vacuum lines or nasty, dirty, smelling towels, etc..

I went in, gave then the new card and all was fine. The rate did not change. Last month while I was out of the country, my card was again breached. I cancelled the card and had a new one delivered. When I returned to the country, I immediately took the new car in to have them updated the account. This time I was told that they would not honor the pricing that I have had and the price would increase telling that they they no longer offer the same original pricing. It is not as if I cancelled or purposely stopped the payment. And I addressed immediately once I was made aware of the issue and came to them. This is just not right. I have talked to a manager and for whatever reason they are unwilling to revert back to the pricing that I had. Had the card not been breached I would still have the same pricing. My wife and I will be cancelling our memberships since they are unwilling to bend. Very disappointing for customers that have been with them a long time. Guess we were not that important to them.

Also, the machines do not always accept your code. I ran into no issues vacuuming or waxing my car, but could not get a drying towel or armor all for the inside of my car.
