Casey reached out almost immediately and gave me his prices and time available. He's very communicative and keeps you updated. Rain was in the forecast so he let me know he could come by the following morning between 7:30-8am. He showed up, we spoke a little, then he got to work and spent almost three hours on my son's Chevy Colorado. This all happened when I service requested full detail service 36 hr earlier. Very happy with the results. read more

Unreliable and not motivated to provide customer service. Owner setup appointment for Mobile detailing of my vehicle. Shows up to perform the service and immediately begin to question whether he can work on it today because of the heat. I politely explained that I had cleared my schedule today to be available for this appointment and it would be difficult to reschedule in the near future. He agreed that he would go ahead and get it done today as planned, then within 30 minutes claimed his generator was malfunctioning. Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job. read more

GREAT JOB. I highly recommend C & D! My car and truck looked like they came off the showroom floor

Casey did a great job detailing my car. He spent over 3.5 hours doing a full interior and exterior detail, including headlights. The car looked like it was brand new when he was done. Very convenient that he comes out to your home and you don't have to take the car into a shop. I highly recommend him if you need a professional level detailing of your car. read more

I hired Casey to do a full detail on the inside of my car. I used Yelp to get a quote, and he was able to come out the next day and work on my car in my driveway. He was very responsive in all of my communication with him. There were some stains in in fabric of my passenger seat that he wasn't sure if he would be able to get out, but they ultimately everything did come out once everything dried, and the inside looked just like I bought the car from a dealership. read more

Casey did such a phenomenal job on detailing my daughter's car that I had him come and detail my SUV the following week! Her car was absolutely filthy, (college student & works full time) I made an appointment for a full detailing inside and out. I wish I took before and after photos because it looked like a different car afterwards. The following week he detailed my SUV, I had tar underneath that had been there for over a year and really needed a full detailing inside & out as well. It turned out great, I am so happy that I found C & D Detailing and will be a lifelong customer! read more

Casey went above and beyond! He drove over 50 miles to get to me and delivered exceptional service. He detailed the interior of my car with incredible precision--my car looks and smells like it just rolled off the showroom floor! He also did an amazing job on the headlight detailing; they're crystal clear and in my case it's ready to sell! Casey's professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to travel such a long distance truly set him apart. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers top-notch results, Casey is your guy. Highly recommend! read more

Hey Casey... You washed my Blue Porsche 911 back in December, the one where I raised concerns about you having gotten my carpets overly wet... My question to you is, do you carry insurance for your business, or will I have to resolve a $1400 matter through Small Claims Court?? As I feared, my Immobilizer was damaged, requiring replacement, and rendering the car inoperative for almost a week awaiting its replacement... I have attached a copy of the invoice for your review... My preference would be to resolve this matter amongst men, but if a court of law is required, I can do that too... https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:29f382c4-0870-4773-a690-2ea03e33caf1 read more

Casey did a fantastic job cleaning our very dirty Honda Pilot. The car has never looked or smelled so fresh!

I cannot recommend Casey and his business enough. We requested a quote using Yelp and heard back from him very quickly. Not only did he give one of the fairest prices, but he also was the most informative as to what was included in the services I requested. I was very impressed, as the other quotes I received were generally not very informative. I called Casey and he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly - it's also worth noting that he's incredibly friendly and polite to chat with in person, over the phone, or via text. He was also able to provide me some flexibility when it came to scheduling, as I unfortunately misread my schedule. We were able to shift it to the following day and he showed up bright and early to get started on both of our vehicles. He spent several hours on each vehicle - his hard work and dedication in providing his promised service was truly exceptional. So with that said, our vehicles looks OUTSTANDING!! I hope to add some photos to this review soon as proof of the work he did, but both vehicles looked brand new (which was a feat, as our vehicle with cloth interior had taken a beating on the upholstery over the years). Even my neighbor commented on how excellent they looked when I drove up a bit later. When I disclosed the cost of services to my neighbor (who is a bit "wiser" and better versed on this type of thing), he said we got a great value and to keep his number for future service. Here's what it ultimately comes down to for me, though: he's a solid, good guy. It's not just a transaction; he talks to you like he's your neighbor and genuinely strives to ensure you're well-versed on the post-cleaning care and you're satisfied with the work. In a world where money seems to be king, having someone with integrity treat you respectfully during the service is what will make me a repeat customer. Casey - great job! If I could give a sixth star on this review, I absolutely would. This won't be the last time you hear from us. :) read more

I purchased a detailing for my son's VERY dirty 9 year old car. The interior looks brand new. Very satisfied. I wish I had before and after pics. He removed a coffee stain from beige fabric seats. Amazing results. Communication was excellent. Showed up on time and very personable. Would highly recommend! The results are worth the cost. read more

Casey is an absolute pro! I took my new car out for a break-in drive and came back covered in bugs. My car interior was absolutely wrecked from driving small children around. Milk and coke were spilled everywhere. Casey was able to fit me in the next day for a full interior detail and odor treatment. My car is absolutely spotless and the smell is completely gone. My expectations were exceeded. The entire service took only about two hours and I think the price was very fair for the thorough clean I received. I would definitely recommend this business. read more

My car needed some cleaning on the inside nothing crucial or major but he did a fantastic job and it smelled really clean on the inside. He communicated with me the entire time and that's something I appreciated. My car did have some scratches on the outside that sadly would not be so easy to be buffed out but my car is a 2015 and I only needed it to look ready to sell not brand new. He did a great job! I would definitely pay him again to do my car when I get another one and need it detailed :). I sadly do not have any before but I do have some after. read more

Casey is a professional and extremely easy to work with. His service is mobile and extremely convenient. I live in downtown Orlando and he was able to meet me close to my apartment. He does not require a water connection as he brings everything necessary to complete the job in his trailer. I booked the basic detailing and I pointed out a few spots that needed special attention. He was very thorough and meticulous with his efforts ensuring that no spot was missed. You can see the final result in the attached photos. I forgot to take sufficient before photos but I've included one. There are plenty of pictures of the final product. read more

C&D Mobile Detailing is a phenomenal business. Casey was available within hours of calling him when the competition never responded back. I found C&D here on Yelp and was impressed at the reviews. But my car was way overdue for a good cleaning and detailing, so I didn't set my hopes too high. I was blown away by his treatment of my 2009 Jetta. It looks (and smells) gorgeous! Long story short, a screw up with my dealership over their paint sealant stopped me from waxing the car for a couple of years. Add to that the palm tree over my driveway, and you have a paint job in dire need of some TLC. Casey machine buffed the whole car, paying special attention to the area most affected by the palm tree runoff. He brought the black paint back to a darkness and shine I would not have thought possible. He also restored the headlights, which had yellowed significantly, and cleaned all the glass (inside and out). It looks like a different car! As for the interior, it has done battle with three pre-teen boys as they grew into full-size teenagers (did I mention this is just a little Jetta?). It has more recently been a shuttle to two dogs back and forth to the dog park and doggie day care. Between the boys, the dogs, and the beverages and food that have traveled in that car, it had a bit of a funk. Casey cleaned out the interior and deodorized the cloth seats and carpet. It smells so fresh inside now! He also took the time to get up all the dog hair and even the coffee drippings in the cup holders (I love Starbucks but not those leaky lids). The marks on the back seats from the kids' food spills are gone. Again, much better than I could have expected. All in all, a super positive experience! Note: Their equipment is all self contained. I was concerned because we have a PODS container in our driveway, but he does not require access to electric or water. The work was all done in a public parking area within my community. read more

Wow! I thought my car wasn't that bad going in, but after Casey was through with it, I realized it was really bad. It's a little pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for. He was very professional, and I am very pleased with the results! read more

Arrived right on time, friendly, and did an all around great job detailing my car inside and out. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

10/10 I would highly recommend him!! Casey was very professional and courteous. I just drove 33 hours from AZ to FL and my brand new car was smothered by bugs and dirt. I knew I had to clean the car ASAP to prevent permanent damage but was way too tired from the driving. I googled mobile detailers and found Casey who had exceptional reviews. He picked up almost immediately and walked me through the pricing and services. He was working on another job and told me he would come right after. I was delighted to have him come in the same day. In less than 3 hours he arrived with all of his own equipment, now that was quick! He did a superb job, excellent washing and waxing on the outside of my car as well as on the inside. Car is looking back to brand new! You can tell he takes his time and does a good job. Again, highly recommend him! A+ read more

I first found Casey through Yelp, and after seeing the awesome pictures from other reviews, gave him a call. I assumed that my car was not that bad, but needed detailing because in less than a month I am having a baby girl. I want my car to be clean to welcome her into the world. He came and detailed my car and made it look new despite the fact that it truly was really in bad shape with food stains on the rugs, other seat and plastic stains, which he was upfront to me about. He still got those stains out. I expected a great job and he surpassed my expectations! Which says a lot! Even my father who worked in a dealership told me he has never seen such detailed work. He was impressed as well. If there were 10 stars to give him I would! Not only did he Detailed the interior of my car he took care of little areas that Other "detailer" as well as I, would have overlooked. From adding the new car smell and making my tires look new! I am now going to be a car nazi with anyone entering my car! And he will be my go to guy for car detail for my car and my family's cars. read more
