I cannot recommend Casey and his business enough. We requested a quote using Yelp and heard back from him very quickly. Not only did he give one of the fairest prices, but he also was the most informative as to what was included in the services I requested. I was very impressed, as the other quotes I received were generally not very informative. I called Casey and he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly - it's also worth noting that he's incredibly friendly and polite to chat with in person, over the phone, or via text. He was also able to provide me some flexibility when it came to scheduling, as I unfortunately misread my schedule. We were able to shift it to the following day and he showed up bright and early to get started on both of our vehicles. He spent several hours on each vehicle - his hard work and dedication in providing his promised service was truly exceptional. So with that said, our vehicles looks OUTSTANDING!! I hope to add some photos to this review soon as proof of the work he did, but both vehicles looked brand new (which was a feat, as our vehicle with cloth interior had taken a beating on the upholstery over the years). Even my neighbor commented on how excellent they looked when I drove up a bit later. When I disclosed the cost of services to my neighbor (who is a bit "wiser" and better versed on this type of thing), he said we got a great value and to keep his number for future service. I found C&D here on Yelp and was impressed at the reviews. But my car was way overdue for a good cleaning and detailing, so I didn't set my hopes too high. I was blown away by his treatment of my 2009 Jetta. It looks (and smells) gorgeous! Long story short, a screw up with my dealership over their paint sealant stopped me from waxing the car for a couple of years. Add to that the palm tree over my driveway, and you have a paint job in dire need of some TLC. Casey machine buffed the whole car, paying special attention to the area most affected by the palm tree runoff. He brought the black paint back to a darkness and shine I would not have thought possible. He also restored the headlights, which had yellowed significantly, and cleaned all the glass (inside and out). It looks like a different car! As for the interior, it has done battle with three pre-teen boys as they grew into full-size teenagers (did I mention this is just a little Jetta?). It has more recently been a shuttle to two dogs back and forth to the dog park and doggie day care. Between the boys, the dogs, and the beverages and food that have traveled in that car, it had a bit of a funk. Casey cleaned out the interior and deodorized the cloth seats and carpet. It smells so fresh inside now! He also took the time to get up all the dog hair and even the coffee drippings in the cup holders (I love Starbucks but not those leaky lids). The marks on the back seats from the kids' food spills are gone. Again, much better than I could have expected. All in all, a super positive experience! Note: Their equipment is all self contained. I was concerned because we have a PODS container in our driveway, but he does not require access to electric or water. The work was all done in a public parking area within my community. read more
