Overall, my car wasn't in rough shape, just needed a simple interior clean and pollen wash with a few bug gunk removed. I normally take care of this myself but lately time has been rare so I figured I'd give them a try. Overall, they did an okay job - not perfect, but not bad. Still a few minor misses here and there. They probably would have gotten a four from me, until I noticed damage near the driver side that. This is pretty obvious damage on the side that I look at every time, so the fact I only saw this after I got this back indicates it was damaged during service. This is fairly bad too as you can see the metal underneath so now I'll have to figure out how to prevent this from rusting. Not sure if I can recommend again due to this unfortunate error.

Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. With that said, I am glad the service was not performed as I highly doubt an individual with such poor work ethic would perform a satisfactory job.

On first glance the major pollen on my car was gone, however when I actually looked into it there was a lot of spots missing or barely touched. I had to remind them to wipe down my windows because none of them were touched, my roof was still spotted with pollen, the inside of my doors were dusty/dirty as well as my grill, console and large parts of my rims. I had them do the windows and just decided to take my car through the car wash and detail the spots myself. Would not recommend for those looking for a very detailed clean.
