ABF was on top of responding to my questions and pricing inquiries. They quoted $225 for an exterior only wash, wax and one step polish. I got a few quotes at $200 and some in the high 200s and 300s. So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!

During one visit, my sunglasses went missing. I spoke to the manager, who was polite and professional at first. He promised to replace them, and I appreciated that. However, after a month of going back and forth, he eventually told me, "I'm sorry, we can't replace your sunglasses." I asked to speak with the owner. The manager told me to come back the next day. I did -- again, after a month of follow-up -- only to find that the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to care about the situation at all. After years of trust and loyalty, I didn't expect this kind of treatment. All I wanted was for someone to take responsibility and handle the matter with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.

Auto Salon has maintained my two current vehicles from the day of purchase. And the two vehicles before that. I ran an auto detail center many years ago and I have always been very picky about my vehicle's cleanliness and condition. I know I can be hard to please. A few months ago I had the guys at Auto Salon talked me into the clay bar service for my crimson black Maxima. When I went to inspect the work I actually walked right past my car in the parking lot - there was such a deep, wet shine that I actually didn't recognize it at first glance. Today I had the clay bar service for my wife's pearl white Sentra. It is incredible, the depth of shine that can be added to a light colored car. The clay bar service is not cheap and the results are fantastic. It is worth every dollar -I promise that wou too will be amazed.
