Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

Lady at friend desk asked me if it was my first time there and also said they do shipping at same rates as normal DHL. She gave me a quote for 96$ for international shipping which is just $77 even they pick the package from your home. I asked her why your shipping price is so high she said DHL/FedEx recently raised their rates (which is a lie) I just checked with them. Don't get duped like me and only ship from authentic DHL and FedEx locations.

This store has a major stock/ inventory management issue. Significant numbers of hooks and shelving are vacant, usually with smaller items or packages of 2-3 items as opposed to dozens. The response to inquiry is go to the internet or buy a package of 36 or a bubble envelope or box or notebook much much larger than what I need. Is this more than irritating? Well, it shouldn't be but the reason one goes to brick and mortar store is to buy "now" and the business model supporting this are the many incidentals one also picks up at an office supply while there. I have never been here when all of the copy machines are working -- a similar indicator because the only folks copying at a Staples are folks who "need it now". This is a self fulfilling prophesy regarding in person retail in action. BUT the staff were friendly without being obsequious or faux. Five stars for the folks in the red polo shirts but one or two for inventory management and sustainable business practice.

Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.
