I only go to this store to send packages. Why? The employees are always efficient and polite. I stop in at least once every two weeks. I have seen people yelling at them from line for them to go faster. I have seen a 60+ year old well-dressed woman cuss out the staff because she didnt have the label to mail her return with her. They never break a sweat and never give the attitude back that I have seen. Jomi has worked here for a bit now that I have seen. He is ALWAYS kind and always polite and efficient. I highly recommend this spot. They always have a line but that is because they aren't kicking your boxes around. The lady's excuse was that they were not a member of ups and that they were their on private company of ups. She told me never to come back. We have supported this local store whenever we had packages to mail since they first opened over 10 years ago and as recently as this week, but never again! The current manager has the worst customer service we have EVER experienced here. He has created a culture where his employees are curt and rude. After a smart remark from one of his workers to an inquiry, we decided to compare prices and service at the Post Office. The manager came out and instead of trying to see what the problem was, he stood in the middle of his floor, summarily ushered us out of the store with a dramatic sweeping gesture and loudly told us to get out for no reason! It is obvious that he could care less whether we do business here or not- and we certainly won't after that outrageous experience! DONT GO TO UPS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a friend ship my PS5 from here to my place and while the package was en route SOMEHOW the address for delivery got changed on it and I never received my PS5. My friend and I call Corporate to get a full refund because this is on UPS for changing the delivery address. After being transferred to multiple offices someone finally tells us we will get a full refund. We call corporate today to see what is happening and they said someone called yesterday and now we are only getting a partial refund. The UPS staff at Millersville are usually very professional but today they were so dismissive and wrongly informed me that my package had not arrived and I should contact the sender. I had to go online and I discovered the location of my package. Very sad experience! How can staff say they have no idea where a package is when the tracking number showed it was in their office! And the Sorry we missed you notice showed it was in their office and had been there for a couple of days! ...He said "I have no idea, at least it's not here, and maybe it's yet to arrive...there is nothing else I can do." read more

The majority of the younger people that work there are pleasant enough however, the the taller, older gentlemen, that seems to be there daily, and I believe to be the either the manager or owner, ZERO customer service skills. Looking through other reviews and seeing him called out as well, for the same reasons, has to be the owner or manager. No concerned owner would keep this guy around in any type of service business dealing with customers. I have had a mailbox here for a few years now, and have always been pleased with the standard of customer service here. The owner works at the location and is very friendly and helpful, his staff is also well trained and holds them selfs to the same standards. This store is not just for mailing ups but great for shipping supplies, faxes , notary, and they have iron mountain disposal. They also make copies, prints, banners ect. Wow, what can I say..lol first off all workers are nice and have been nice every time I go to this location but new or old worker who is tall skinny white boy has a problem with Asians or something because he's friendly to everybody but me (Asian) So basically I went in there to get something faxed and to get my Dads insurance card laminated. I looked at it after then I noticed the corners was not rounded so I asked him if he can round the edges and tells me "this is not the craft store!!"Lol say what????????? So I asked him again nicely then he goes and do it, then I ask for my receipt then he yells "it's coming" then I ask him do you have a problem? Then he says "I'm the one who's looking for trouble" really? By asking you to round the edges? omg how is this guy working here? Reviewing this UPS poses a difficult dilemma. I have been going to this UPS for 6 years for various things, but always annually to print-out my Christmas cards; (I like to create my own). Every year, the staff at this store have been polite, respectful, and exceedingly helpful. EXCEPT this year. Actually, except this year because of ONE staff person. I went in today to have my Christmas cards printed and asked a basic question. The male employee with the beard was incredibly rude and condescending. He was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I began to feel pretty pissed-off at him, and I was about to take my business elsewhere for the first time in SIX YEARS!!! Luckily, Ashley took-over assisting me, and she was WONDERFUL!!! She, and the other female there, were polite, professional, and helpful. While I understand that this is a busy, stressful time for all packing and shipping businesses, dude with the beard: do better!!!! This is your JOB along WITH being professional and respectful to your customers!! Guess what: we can and will take our business elsewhere if an interaction with you leaves us feeling disrespected and angry. Thank goodness for Ashley and the other female because had my only interaction been with you, you would have lost a customer (and one who likes to tell EVERYONE about a bad experience...obviously.) Long story short, if you go here, ask for Ashley or work with the other female, (sorry I didn't get her name). Ok so I went to iOS 2 days ago and Paine 4.97 3 pages print and be scanned. I come in today just one page printed and scanned 5.97. When I questioned difference gentleman didn t even look me in the face said ma'am well maybe you got a discount othe day am charging actual full price today. Didn't even pull out price sheet. Office depot charges 1/3 price outrageous and talk to you like a human being. Very soft condescending tone. read more

Callous and cold customer service. I visited this location due to a package I needed to pick up. My first visit, I spoke to a red-haired woman who abruptly told me my package had not arrived yet and to come back after the weekend when the Postal Service dropped it off. After the weekend, I dealt with the red-haired woman again and her bearded manager. No package (even after a notification saying it was in the store). Two of the rudest people I have spoken to in my life. The woman claimed that UPS never receives drop-offs from the Postal Service. When I asked why she hadn't told me that on Friday she denied ever saying they did and then walked away from me claiming "she couldn't deal with this right now". Her manager (tall bearded man) intervened by offering me no advice on what to do next to retrieve my now lost package. I told him that it was fine the package was lost, but some sympathy and any advice would be helpful. With cold eyes, he threw a flat "I'm sorry" and I was dismissed. The worst location you can go to! If i could give them 0 stars i would. One of the workers by the name of Jim has the worst customer service skills i have ever came across. When i entered the store right away i felt unwelcome as he didn't even acknowledge me. When i finally approached the counter to ask him questions he immediately cut me off and gave a one word response with much attitude. I continued to ask questions and at one point he just stared at me with an annoyed look on his face, not even answering/responding to my question.... I WISH I COULD MAKE THIS UP. I have never experienced someone, especially working in the customer service industry, just staring at me when i asked a question, refusing to answer. Nothing was thoroughly explained and i left the store still confused and upset by the way i was treated. DO NOT USE THE UPS STORE MILLERSVILLE LOCATION!!! As a business owner myself I am certainly not one to write a negative review. I wouldn't be writing this review now if the rude clerk was not the owner. I was trying to drop off a package, and although I had instructions from the UPS website, the owner stated the instructions were incorrect. I'm aware that any company can make mistakes even a Fortune 500, the issue was how he handled the PROBLEM. He told me I should drive around until I find a UPS driver and flag him down so I can get my the confirmation of receipt form signed. That was ludicrous, I called my husband to explain the situation. The red head female clerk became belligerent and said stop talking bad about the store and get your stuff of the counter as it is taking to much space. Okay, the package was the size of a shoe box and weighed less than 5lbs, and more importantly there were no customers in the store. When I politely removed my item and attempted to explain to her that I'm not talking bad about the store, I am merely explaining the situation to my husband. ( Keep in mind there were no customers in the store) she then said get out and the owner also told me to leave. Luckily when I walked out the driver just arrived to pick up packages. He stated that they do not get paid for drop off that's why they may have acted that way. I guess the owner is willing to lose future business. Needless to say I will not be returning to the Millersville location and will discourage everyone I know from using them as well since they clearly do not want or need my future business. read more
