The place seems to offer everything you would need to ship or manage a small business. Handy for lace to pick up supplies without going into Fredneck. Seriously, I could not say enough good things about how Hassan and his team helped me navigate the process of obtaining compensation for damage during shipping. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this business every chance I get. Even though I had purchased insurance, Hassan had the foresight to proactively take pictures of the package as it left his store on the carrier's truck. Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The key here is that the service at Postal Place, and just plain old-fashioned thoughtfulness at this business, is a value that I could never have put a price on for my very expensive shipment. Thank you Hassan! I really don't know what I'd have done without you.

Fast forward 7ish years this facility has gone downhill like no other. The attendants are Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb. Hiring teens who can't say hello, look into your eyes, say thank you, be bothered at all. They have no customer service experience whatsoever. And the owner hires these employees and must expect very little. I came in wanting to send a very heavy boxed item on a UPS company account through this UPS store. The owner tried telling me he couldn't do that cause they would charge him..... um... not my problem, work it out with UPS or take the UPS off of your store name. I admittedly had a fit with the owner... (really this establishment should have had this review when they started cutting corners years ago but haven't till now) he is rude, dismissive, lacking integrity, and has a major ego. I told him his business was going downhill which he could not comprehend. An older guy at the counter agreed with me aloud "This is the UPS store, you should be able to do it and this place is so bad they don't have wifi or service so you can't pull up your labels." (I confirmed this by having to step outside to pull up the address it was going to.) I will never- ever, ever, ever, ever, set foot in this place again, the owner needs to take a look at the operations from the Mt. Airy UPS store or the Damascus UPS store, or Westview Frederick UPS store, all examples of more competent employees that seem happy and to work as a team. They must have good management. ‍. For some reason they are able to run a UPS store, why can't you Urbana??? People put up with this type of behavior in stores for way too long. Not me anymore. P.S. can't wait for the response from the know it all owner and have him put me in my place.
