An older guy at the counter agreed with me aloud "This is the UPS store, you should be able to do it and this place is so bad they don't have wifi or service so you can't pull up your labels." (I confirmed this by having to step outside to pull up the address it was going to.) I will never- ever, ever, ever, ever, set foot in this place again, the owner needs to take a look at the operations from the Mt.
