I rarely come to this place. I needed to scan some documents and the process was quite easy, however something was going on and their system was talking to long. I went to the area were you cand find an employee, yas!!! Social and communication exchange, finally I had the help from Kayla, she was very nice and crazy helpful. No greeting upon entering. Had placed a one hour pickup order yesterday for three boxes of copy paper but even a day later and they still didn't even have it ready. The employee that was helping me was very rude and kept laughing and kept saying call customer service for problems with your order. Very low class employee. Some guy with dreads. Why did I even waste time coming inside the store then? , Wasted over a hour and walked out empty handed. This is officially my favorite Staples location. Initially, I didn't realize this was a superstore. I've been wanting a wireless printer. So, I go in and do the usual shopping. I grab some pens (I can't stop collecting pens!), post-it notes, and other supplies. Then, I stroll by the wireless printers. I ooh and ahh over them. Then, I'm like...waydaminnit! I'd give this business 2 stars Instead of one because the staff was friendly and very patient. The GM manny who came over after 20-30 minutes of me waiting declined the price match was very unprofessional and very uncompromising. I had asked before even starting my printing order if staples still offered price match, than when it came down to tHe price match factor it was declined by manny. I have a business in Columbia Mall and live in Hanover which is why I stopped by this locAtion instead of the Columbia location. I've never had issues with a price match and have done much business with staples but after today I would not go back. I wanted to place my order in store and ensure my product would be printed accurately but instead I had to order online ... I asked him many timeS why I was being declined the price match when it was always approved before. He just said sorry and told me to go to another staples. Here's hoping the folks at Staples actually pay attention to this. I don't consider myself a tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination. But when I go to the stores, it blows my mind that going in and buying two packages of ink and a package of paper meaning three items turns into an receipt generated to me that's in excess of 4 feet long. It makes me ask the question, how many people really look or even use the so-called coupons on these receipts or referred to them once they left the store. Is it really worth burning through so much paper for literally one or two items purchased in the store. It just seems idiotic. read more

I've been to this location a few times and they always have what I need and the sales people are super helpful. I've had to have stuff laminated at this location and it was quick and easy, the entire process took all of 4 minutes.. The last time I went there was a ton of electronic cases and carry alls on sale for $1-$4 and anytime I can pick up a new iPad case for $2 I'm a happy girl! read more

Just no. I had to do some back to school shopping and came in to this store. When I went to check out with my couple of items I had one person ahead of me. When he was done and as I walked to the cashier, the cashier looked at me and then walked away from the register. Not a word was spoken. He walked towards another employee yelling that person's name, talked to him, then came back to me. He scanned my items, didn't say a word and I slid my card. Not one word was said. WTF? A week later my husband had to grab a pen refill before leaving on a flight a couple hours later so we went by here. This time the cashier had headphones on and was listening to music. WTF is going on with this store?! You have young people who seem more concerned with pissing customers off than doing their job. I am totally shocked by this and will never return. read more

Your typical Staples... I was offered help by a gentleman that was stocking the shelves, which was very much appreciated. I gave this store 3 stars, because this is my second time coming to this location and both times I had an issue with their Apple Pay not working. For a store that is supposed to be up to date on technology, this should not be an issue, but for some reason it is. Also, the cashier was confused on the whole Apple Pay process. There's a lack of training & tech issues that need to be worked out. read more

Worst service EVER! I went there to buy computer ink. Sounds easy enough. They had the ink I needed except for gray. Not a problem they said. Buy it and we will ship it to you and you will receive it in 2 days and we won't charge you shipping. Great. What a sucker I am. Everyday the tracking says it will be delivered that day and now it is TEN DAYS later and I still have no ink. That was my last purchase from this incompetent store. I went in to grab a few items Luckily I had printed out what I wanted so I was able to show the sales person, Belinda, and she happily helped me use the kiosk to place an online order. That was easy!
