I always come here to return my Amazon stuff. And with that, there is always a LONG line too! During that time in line, I've had enough time to see all of the other services that they offer. Printing...check; shipping (of course)...check; shredding...check; postal boxes...check...packing...check; copy services...check. In addition to faxing (does anyone still do this?), notary, computer workstation, and passport and ID services. WARNING: Do NOT park in the Popeye's parking area, you may be towed. Park in front for store area or on the lot over from Popeye's. This store gets a lot of action and is not that large, so it may be best to come as soon as it opens or when it is about to close to avoid the long Amazon return line, especially if you are there for other services. All in all, a convenient location for me to return my Amazon purchases and obtain UPS shipping services. read more

Very friendly and professional employees. They greet you and move you out as fast as they can. That is what I appreciate the most. No one wants to stand in line for 30 minutes. If they see the king getting longer another employee with come to the front. Other locations need to look at this as a model. read more

This location always has "internet issues" more than usual. Avoid this place! This does not make it convenient for us Amazon people who return items. Amazon is partnered with UPS for a reason but this place seems to think differently. read more

This location may be the worst in the country. Most notably, the woman named Amanda has provided me with HORRIBLE customer service by yelling, throwing a tantrum and dismissing me and my family. I am unsure what her overall deal is, but I know that this store will not be seeing me as a customer again as she is extremely unfit for any sort of customer service job. I have been coming to this store for over 5 years and I have only ever seen her have these outbursts with customers. Reaching out to Area & Regional Managers will be your best bet in solving issues like these, as it doesnt seem the STORE OWNER cares about the safety & comfort of the people keeping this place afloat. Looking for a UPS Store open on a Saturday can be a bugger. Most places just aren't open. Locale: Off of Rte. 40 in the shopping center nearest the Popeye's chicken. If you make it to Arby's you have gone too far. I don't recall seeing any signage, but I may have missed it. This isn't a very large plaza. The parking was fair considering the amount of stores. The place itself is small. There are some P. O. Boxes and some other office supplies. It is a full service UPS, and I believe they have a notary too. This place totally hits the spot, when I'm in a pinch on a Saturday and have to mail something out. If I'm ever in a bind, I'll go back. read more

UPS lost my package in August. Was told to fill out a claim to be refunded or for them to even attempt to find the package. Its November still no refund. And constant runaround. I've called and emailed and even been to the store, and done all the steps they ask to be refunded, and still nothing. read more

I went to drop off an Amazon return package today, and was told rather rudely that I had to pay for label and packaging. Knowing that I had selected "drop off" no label or packaging required , I was confused and stated that that was not the selection I made online. I certainly didn't expect nor did I need to hear from a cheeky and quite rude clerk, "well then, why does it says so right here as she jabbed at the printed label. Very rude young lady. I used to love interacting with the employees here but after my experience today I will never be back. Usually the employees go above and beyond. Today I tried to drop off a package and told the person I by accident double sided printed the label with a portion I needed to also include in the box. She scanned my label, gave me a receipt and then insisted that she couldn't help me. She said she couldn't print me a new label (untrue- it's been done) because I already printed it, before telling me I had to leave and go print it myself. I said that logic doesn't make sense, because if I can print it so can she. So she rudely told me to go do it. Another customer agreed she was rude and could have helped me. She agreed that customer service has gone downhill. So now I'm stuck with a receipt saying I dropped it off... but they wouldn't take my return...Absolutely ridiculous. I've always gotten good service from this establishment. Today, young man at the front named..., didn't feel like doing his job, by NOT scanning my returned item and blowing me off as if I wasn't important enough for him to take the time to give good service. After calling to talk to a manager, I was told one wasn't available until next week. I guess I'll take my service elsewhere. This UPS was extremely kind and helpful, Vincent helped me with my order and a kind woman as well as other staff were there and extremely friendly. Ups always makes me feel good about my shipping orders and I never feel what I'm paying is unfair. Compared to other UPS Store locations I found myself very disappointed. Outdated looking store but more importantly does not offer some basic UPS Store services. Tried to have a presentation bound, something I had done at other UPS stores no problem. Also Tried to charge me to use there computer even though I could email the presentation over. Ended up leaving and going to the Columbia location off of 100 where they were incredibly helpful and took care of me. read more

I had to use ups to return a broken item. I went here and asked the Asian lady before I brought the large & heavy item in if they took package drop offs because I've never been to a ups store before. She said yes so I went out to the car & brought it in. The side of the box was a little damp but not wet or leaking and she freaked out & yelled at me saying she couldn't take a wet & leaking item because it would leak all over her store. She was extremely rude to me. Horrible lady. There was another lady there who saw how upset I was by the owners words who was very kind to me and apologized about her bosses actions. She helped me back out to the car and told me the next closest ups location. She's the only good thing I saw about that store. read more

Writing this review because this is the third time that I have received outstanding service at this UPS Store. The staff are friendly and efficient and great communicators. One staff member halved my shipping costs by using some smart packing tricks. After many frustrating trips to the local US Post Office, I wont be returning there. Instead, I will take my business to the UPS Store. The staff go above and beyond to treat their customers well. Great experience. read more

After bad experiences at my local post office, the main branch on Baltimore Street downtown, and another UPS Store in the city, now I ALWAYS drive out to Catonsville to do my shipping. The folks here couldn't be more helpful, competent, and resourceful, and yes - I know this because I've needed to ship a number of challenging packages. Contacted UPS Store # 0441, to provide a rutine print and notary job by appointment for a local customer and was meet with the most unprofessional associate I have ever encountered at a UPS Store. - Associate by the name of Cheryl, refused to listen clearly to customers request and ignored all particulars subject to the transaction in question. - Lady simply talked over me; in an attempt to complete my sentences before even fully understanding what was being asked for. I work with UPS Stores on a daily basis; all accross the county, and never had an associate been this rude, incompetent, or inhibitive to conducting a simple day to day business transaction. -- When management information was requested; lady shouted: "just go look it up on the website and hung up." Very unprofessional service associates here at UPS Store #0441. - Needless to say, upon making contact with another location, I received wonderful service and had a delightful experience as usual,.
