Normally I am not rash, and churlish enough to toss my phone on a carpeted floor expecting it to land safely. No it bounced and hit the frame of a antique sewing machine, so perfectly that it cracked the screen...okay confession over. So this process took a week and 3 trips. I am willing to accept that some of the overall length of time is "supply chain" [they didn't have my screen model in stock]. However my only knock is the said they would call and never did. I called a few days into the wait. Young man said it was there, so I made the trip (not that far, but still not without hassle). When I arrived he looked around (I would argue that should have been done when I called) and was told to come over. All good we all make lazy mistakes sometimes. Young man was otherwise professional and polite. Anyway the work was done correctly, phone looks like new and $100 lesson in being an impulsive dolt was worth it. Lesson learned, get more sleep during the week, get some exercise, manage stress better so you don't have to go through this first world problem, a dumb problem to create for yourself.

I noticed this business not only because of it's clever name (aka Woman operated-BONUS!), but also because of the availability to get a fast quote! Nikki responded quickly with a fair price, she answered all of my questions through yelp messages right away and provided me with a wide flexible range of appointments (Im a single mother of a 3yo so this was a huge plus!) and said it would take her about 30-40mins to complete. The very next day we headed to my appt, it was right off the highway and easy to locate (tip: when you arrive at the "mini strip mall", you park and then follow the path around to the backside of the building and follow the arrows). She returned my laptop within 48 hours and everything has worked great since. Since then I took her my iPhone 6s after my friend dropped it in the toilet which she fixed within a day. The service was prompt and reliable and cost less than anywhere else I have found so I will definitely be a returning customer.
