I came to this FedEx location to drop off two 20-pound boxes I was mailing home. I live in downtown Baltimore, but most of the nearby FedEx spots have limited parking or are just hard to get to. And honestly, driving and navigating downtown Baltimore is terrifying--so I searched for a better option and decided to give this location a try. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the two staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of them even brought out a cart to help me bring in my packages, which was such a nice gesture. Since I already had shipping labels, they took the time to show me how to scan the packages and made sure everything was good to go. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and way more pleasant than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here--even if it means driving 20 minutes. After having a terrible experience with the last printer I went to, my good friend who works for an entertainment company suggested Grove Printing to me. Everything about the process was great: 1. You can order online. It was quick, easy and straightforward. Just make sure you don't forget to upload your file after your payment is processed. Also, I would recommend following up with a phone call if you have any order details outside the norm. 2. You can track your order status. 3. If you're ordering postcards, more often than not just go ahead and order 5,000. It's usually the best deal and they print these everyday, ready to go in 24 hrs. For example, I ordered 5,000 4x6 postcards, double sided, glossy for only $158 + tax. (The last place I went to tried to charge me 4x that amount, adding in rush fees and other nonsense.) On top of that, the gentlemen that work there are laid back, down to earth and really nice. Just one thing to note: This place is hidden. I mean, really hidden. Once you reach the location where you *think* you are supposed to be, you have to then drive up the alley to find the parking in front on Grove. They are basically hidden behind larger buildings. I have been here now 20 minutes and I don't know if my fax has gone through. Nobody has updated me. Update: fax never went through. The women's bathroom is very dirty as well. Very surprised by this location. I usually have a pleasant experience.
