Thank you Michelle! I go to this location often for all of…read moremy printing needs. The young lady greeted me as they all do when you enter an establishment "Hello, how can I help you"? It stared off nice and swiftly turned to nonchalant and dismissive. I was looking for some assistance with 2 documents from the year 1942 that I need copies of. I didn't want to just make copies of standard printing paper. I explained this in detail to the young lady and she placed a book (pring & binding) in front of me and walked away. Now, I have no idea of what I'm looking at or what's best for the documents that I have. I asked her if she could assist me with explaining to me or suggesting the paper that I could pick from for the the delicate documents. She stated "you just pick one" and continued working on something else from across the room. If I don't have time today bc I'm ready to go home was a person..it was her. MICHELLE over heard her response and stepped in. Not only did she give me a quick tutorial on how to pick the paper and what I could and could not use. She also went and found some paper (two different kinds) and showed me an example of pretty much she thought I may want. She was spot on. She lined the prints, copied and completed them in little to no time at all. I lost my Grandmother a few months ago so making copies of her documents had to be right in my eyesight. Thank you again Michelle for taking the time out to handle a customer with care and concern. I really appreciate it! *ONLY PRINT/COPY IF MICHELLE IS WORKING

Their pricing and customer service sealed the deal in me choosing to move forward with them. Tara and the team were helpful and have a keen eye for small details. They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend if you're on the fence!

After having a terrible experience with the last printer I went to, my good friend who works for an entertainment company suggested Grove Printing to me. Everything about the process was great: 1. You can order online. It was quick, easy and straightforward. Just make sure you don't forget to upload your file after your payment is processed. Also, I would recommend following up with a phone call if you have any order details outside the norm. 2. You can track your order status. 3. If you're ordering postcards, more often than not just go ahead and order 5,000. It's usually the best deal and they print these everyday, ready to go in 24 hrs. For example, I ordered 5,000 4x6 postcards, double sided, glossy for only $158 + tax. (The last place I went to tried to charge me 4x that amount, adding in rush fees and other nonsense.) On top of that, the gentlemen that work there are laid back, down to earth and really nice. Just one thing to note: This place is hidden. I mean, really hidden. Once you reach the location where you *think* you are supposed to be, you have to then drive up the alley to find the parking in front on Grove. They are basically hidden behind larger buildings. Oh, they also mentioned to me that they are one of the fastest printers on the East Coast! Who would have thunk?!
