Excellent and welcoming service. After being turned away from the fort Smallwood location, we drove to this UPS. A brief background: we came to drop off our xfinity cable boxes and were abruptly refused help saying that the system was down for three days and to come back. We drove four minutes to this location to enter a welcoming hello, cordial conversation, and awareness that the service was not down at all. I use this location for both business and personal purposes. It's one of my favorite businesses in Pasadena. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. From a business perspective, I feel they are an extension of our team. We occasionally get lots of large, expensive packages delivered here and the staff makes sure to alert me quickly and accommodates me when I can't pick things up immediately. The staff in this store are always quick and helpful. They don't try to upswell you on anything. They provide you with your options and get you on this road. I just stopped in to mail some gifts and when I left the socially distanced line was out the door and down the side walk. But they are moving they people quickly for all they only have 2 cashiers processing people. Since both looked familiar I think they are both long time employees which explains why it moves fast. Even though there is a FedEx store in the Safeway right next door I prefer this UPS store. They have always been more helpful to me. read more

Absolutely wonderful people. Always have a smile on their face and a great attitude. Incredibly helpful and informative. They have a level of work ethic and kindness that helps to restore your faith in humanity. To give you an example, I walked up to the door one minute after they had closed, and they saw me and waved for me to come in and came over and unlocked the door and were as pleasant as someone could possibly be. Love this place. Use them all the time. Convenient for Amazon returns, shredding, and more. Once I was making a new box for an old card game we play a lot. They made the copies and trimmed them to fit the top as well as covering them with clear tape so the cover was protected. Another time they laminated signs for me that I attached to our washer for my family. They are ALWAYS friendly, prompt, and trustworthy. read more

My dog got loose on mountain road. These guys quickly made me 100 flyers to pass out. High quality and quick service. Later that day I came in looking to buy cardboard boxes to lay on the ground for feeding stations. When asked how big I wanted I explained what it was for and motioned with my hands a general size. The man working the counter told me to hold on while He checked the back. To my surprise he came out with a bunch of flattened boxes from their storage closet. He gave them to my for free and wished me luck on my dog (we found her that day). I appreciate the good service and that they went above and beyond in my time of need read more

This store is great for mailing, shipping and printing but would never in my life recommend them to do yard signs or give them pictures to make a presentation binder to a customer.After waiting over 3 weeks for my yard signs I finally had them done somewhere else, and I have now waited over 4 weeks for my presentation binder..the customer has been so patient but this has made me look very bad..I have called , stopped by numerous times..I have been put on the back burner and this us very Unprofessional to say the least..this will absolutely be the last time I trust them to do this type of thing for me, totally un acceptable read more

I will just echo previous experiences and say that I've had several jobs that were not completed when they were supposed to be completed and the manager (Ken?) just doesn't care. I had a binding job and they never called but it wasn't pressing so I waited. I waited a couple of weeks. When I went back in, it wasn't done. I was told it would be done that day. I went back the next day or so, and it was NOT done. When I told the mananger that I was upset, he told me that there was no date on my intake form so there was no way I could PROVE that it had been sitting there that long. Yes, he was serious. He said all this in front of a bunch of other customers, which is the only reason why my job was actually done 20 minutes later. Another time, I submitted birthday invitations to be printed, and was told they'd be done quickly. I didn't need them right away, but when I went back in about a week later, they weren't printed. In fact, when my husband went in to pick them up, they hadn't even been printed and they told him there was no such job. When I told him to go back in and explained what it was, they printed it and had it ready for him. I am convinced that they did this to stall him and print the invitations quickly because they actually didn't print as many as we ordered and paid for, so I had to go back the next day. They printed me a few extra, and didn't charge me, but they cut them (I didn't need them cut, but I allowed them to cut the invitations as an "I'm sorry" gesture) and actually cut some in the wrong way. I'd avoid this store. The manager is apparently very lazy and doesn't seem to care if jobs get done. The younger guys are okay, but this is the person in charge of the store and he just doesn't care if stuff gets done. read more

I needed a place to responsibly handle my mail between selling one house and buying another. This turned out to be a great solution- I was emailed anytime s package was received, and I could pick my mail up anytime with an after hours key. I was always greeted and appreciated the friendly staff, especially Billy. I would wholeheartedly recommend. read more

I frequent this store for copies and returning packages. I'm not experienced with computers or using the internet to print return labels and Gary has been patient and helped me every time. He has been kind, helpful, polite, and patient with me (an older lady). The only person I won't deal with is Ken. It takes less than 20 seconds to print a label off of my e-mail and they now charge $5 for use of the computer, which Ken wants to enforce. The young men are very hard working and understand when older people are on a budget. read more

This is when I would use a 3.5 star rating. They're always pretty helpful here, and they are pretty knowledgeable about the best way to ship different items to different places. The only thing I have some difficulty with is my personal problem of being a control freak, and if I don't see you put that 'This Side Up' sticker on my package, I don't believe it ever ended up on there- and they never package it all together in front of you. My only wish is that they would be a little more helpful with some of my extra questions/remarks, as I have never been in this location with a crowd. However I've never had anything get lost leaving this store, so they must be doing something right! read more

I have used this location for years and always had a good experience. What prompted me to finally write a review is that the last time I was in the store, they were boxing up a large package for me, which took a while. My 16 year old was out waiting in the car, engine off, music blasting. Battery dead. One of the owners and a staff member brought a car around, gave me a jump start and off I went. I ended up really frustrated with my experience at this location. I worked directly with a man named Ken. I dropped a USB on a Thursday around 4:30pm. I needed 15 pages of invitations printed (2 sided, 4 to a page). He explained they would not be available that night. I told him that would be fine. He asked when I would like them back. I asked if Saturday would work, and he told me he would have them for me on Friday (the next day). Awesome! He took my contact I formation, and off I went. Well, Friday passes and I never hear from the store. Not a big deal at all. I didn't call on Saturday because it was my birthday, and I did a lot of running around. I finally called the store on Sunday, and they were not ready. Ken asked me again what I wanted done. I verified my order, feeling a little frustrated because this meant he had not started my order yet. He told me he would call back once they were finished. No other contact from the store that day. I called around 10am today, and he again asked me what I wanted. He thought I wanted something printed on envelopes, I think. I told him, again, what I wanted. He then told me it was a problem because of the size I wanted. I asked if that was the case, why had no one contacted me to make adjustments? He didn't say anything. He told me he would call when they were done, around midday. When I voiced my frustration all he said was "okay". I called back at 4pm to try and get an update since no phone call around midday. He asked me AGAIN what I wanted done. I reconfirmed AGAIN, and he told me, "Okay, I'll call you when they're done". I asked if he had even started on them. He said he had, but needed to format them. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. Not because of the wait. I understand there are other customers. I can even deal with not getting a courtesy phone call one of the 3 times I was told they would be ready, as nice as that would have been. It was the total indifference from Ken, who I was told is a manager, that made the whole thing so agitating. When I expressed my frustration again, and asked if he actually had the time to complete my order, his response? "Okay. You can come get your USB and go somewhere else or I'll have your order ready for you tomorrow". I promptly picked up my USB from the store, Ken was nowhere to be found. I had planned on getting multiple things printed for my wedding at this location (save the dates, invites, menus, programs), because the location is so convenient to my house. I will absolutely be taking that, and other future business to the store in Severna Park. read more

HORRIBLE! I took a package to be insured and shipped, was quoted $12 to ship + $22 for insurance. Then the man told me they had to photo the item to insure it, something about "high value" item because it's irreplaceable & I wanted $1,000 of insurance. So he clumsily opens my package, takes his pictures of the ITEM while it's still wrapped in a layer of bubblewrap (very odd) then instead of re-wrapping in my quite secure packaging, REPACKING it in so much bubble wrap that it will no longer fit into my box, he then packs it in HIS box and tells me now it's going to cost $44 to ship! The whole ordeal was a scam to make me pay for additional materials and packing including his 10 dollar box! I refused and took my package elsewhere to ship. I videoed him opening my box, removing my item and repacking it and will post the utube link once I upload it. What a cluster! If you need to ship something, go to the Arnold Post Office (don't go to Lake Shore) and they will take good care of you! This isn't the first time I've seen the owner chisel his customers. He's very distrusting of others but wants you to trust them? No, STICK W/ THE POST OFFICE AND FED-EX! THEY WON'T CHEAT YOU! read more
