The print service at this UPS store is the best! I had a large, poster size collage that I wanted scanned at high res and a copy on poster board made. The Printer tech, also the store owner, was beyond helpful. Not only was the service excellent and the results the best possible given the original, the enthusiasm for this work was amazing. I haven't seen that level of enthusiasm for providing a service in a long time. And, the value! Wow, it was so affordable. I will drive the distance to have this shop provide printing services. I hate having to come here. The service is so slow!!! The employees are nice, but that's about it.

I went into this location today (6/2/2026) around 3:15 p.m. There were two women working. Neither one smiled at me or greeted me or even acknowledged me. One was collecting trash behind the counter and the other was getting packages out of the bins. I kept staring at both of them and nothing for the longest time. Finally the one collecting trash BARKED, "Someone will be right with you." One of them should have stopped what they were doing to help me because what I needed took all of TWO seconds. Finally the woman collecting the packages out of the bins came behind the counter to drop them off and proceed to glare at me and finally said, "What are we doing today?" and when she was done, two seconds later she handed me a receipt and glared at me. No, "Thank you" or "Have a good day" or "Thank you for coming in" so I grabbed my receipt and walked out the door. Not shocked to see that this location is rated so poorly. The owner needs to spend more time in the store. Attitudes like this run customers off. The UPS store in Star is actually closer to me so we'll just go there from here on out. read more

This UPS store has the best customer service! They are always so kind and helpful, and don't rush you. You can scan in your own Amazon returns, and they have an automatic door now if your arms are full of packages. The parking lot is always full and crazy, but if you circle a few times, something opens up. If you're handicapped, those spots are almost always open. read more

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is always overcrowded because the employees are NOT trained. They're thrown out on the floor/counter with absolutely no idea what they're doing. I have been to this store probably 10 times and every single experience I've had has been horrible. I first thought it was because they were super busy, but it's because nobody at the counter knows what they're doing. I refuse to go back. read more

My wife and I moved to Star about 6 weeks ago. We shop on Amazon a lot and, recently, related to our move and needing to buy curtains and other household items, we have needed to return some items. We tried Star Ship and Print, very conveniently located to our home, but found out that they are not a full-service UPS location. So, we came to the UPS store on Linder, the next closet to us. So far we have been using the UPS store for Amazon returns. They make it very easy for us. They scan our QR codes, issue us a receipt, and off we go. No fuss, no muss. Even though our experience has been really good, I don't give it five stars because I have not found the staff to be particularly friendly. Professional and courteous, yes. Still, I recommend this UPS store, expecially for Amazon returns and shipping. read more

I dropped off a package for shipment at Linder and Chinden store #6344. The woman who came out of the back to take my order started by being rude and condescending (my receipt says "Maddy" assuming it was her) She acted as if I was a bother just being there. After the very unpleasant transaction, I asked for her Manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for the corporate phone # and wouldn't give it to me and told me to look it up. I usually let this unprofessional behavior go, but I consider it so over the top it was important to note. I like UPS and ship a lot with them. Not going back to this location. Very Sad. read more

I'm not sure why people are giving this store a lower than 5 star review! The people who own this store do it right!!! I've never been been in there when they don't have at least 5 employers working. They try to get the lines down as quickly as possible and the gal who owns this is super friendly and attentive. This is the only UPS store I will visit. read more

I have use this location many times over the years. It is awesome to have somebody so close that can do so much. I am fortunate enough to get to deal with one of the employees in there named Jacob who is always very pleasant and very efficient. In a time where customer service is unfortunately very rare it is amazing to see somebody like Jacob with such a good hustle and such a positive demeanor make and experience very pleasant. I have used this UPS store with success in the past. However their have been personnel changes recently. I have tried to contact the ownership without success to complain about their employees. If you are unlucky to get the old guy that rests his head on his arm while he reads the screen be prepared to spend 30 minutes there. His demeanor is surly at best. He is glacially slow, will ask you the same questions over again, complain that you have sent too a lot of locations. What a jerk. Going to use other locations to get away from this grouch. read more

I went by this UPS store to send a purchase back to Amazon. I grabbed the return, got out of my car, and locked it (with a push button on the door handle). I went into the UPS store, plopped my return down, and that was the awful moment I realized my purse (and my phone) were IN the car and I was locked out! I told Annette (the clerk) what I had done and that I had no phone to contact the Hyundai service I had ordered called Blue Link. Annette promptly gave me a phone and I had to make a couple of calls to get the Blue link number - looong story short, BlueLink's first remote attempt to unlock my car did not work, but the second did! After retrieving my purse, I returned their phone - and was able to complete the Amazon return. Every employee in this store was nice and went the extra mile to help. This UPS store is great! Just went in to mail some Xmas gifts... The line was out the door! Although it was crazy busy they were fast, efficient, and super positive vibes! The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful even with having to go go go nonstop. I needed help with packaging my gifts, which I felt bad about because it was so busy. She didn't bat an eye and just got right to it. I was immediately reminded why I choose UPS over the USPS any day! read more

Tom is Great, Gary is Awful. I have been going to this store since it opened several years ago. I have seen good years for personnel and bad years. Tom has been there for a number of years and has always been helpful, friendly and efficient. The older gentleman, I believe his name is Gary, is cantankerous, grumpy and non-approachable. I believe he's been there now for about 2 years. My teenage kids say they don't want to go into the store because of this guy. I still go into the store, because I like to support my local business, but it does take some internal convincing that I should go because I'm always afraid I'm going to get the grump. read more

Great service, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile with packaging etc. always pleasant and friendly. I always come and need to print my amazon label and packages need taping etc and I never get a feeling of frustration or being put out. They are ready and more than willing to help. It's the Christmas mailing season!!! My daughter & I went to this UPS yesterday to mail some Xmas presents and the line was LONG but it moved very very quickly. The UPS clerk (Zachary) was personable yet efficient and professional. I worked for the Postal Service for 32 years up in Montana and this UPS store had the USPS beat with efficiency and professionalism hands-down. Great experience. This UPS will definitely be our go-to store for mailing packages in the future. read more

Customers use professional shipping companies to offer the best advice in shipping to avoid damages. After being told by the UPS store owner that I as a customer should have asked for better packaging, I should have cut the middle man out and sent it directly myself through USPS.
