This is an outstanding UPS store, I moved down to downtown LA August 2024 and came to this location to open a P.O. box. Ever since doing so the services have been great (no issues what so ever) and all the staff go above and beyond. Each employee is super friendly and outgoing and truly wants to help each customer that comes in. Finding customer service like this is super rare these days so, I highly recommend coming to this UPS location for any shipping services, po services or general pack and shipping. First time at this location and I'm really glad I went. First of all, it's in a huge parking lot so there is plenty of free parking. A big plus. This location is well-staffed and they are all friendly and efficient! If you want easy-peasy Amazon returns or need something shipped, this is a great place. Oh yeah, there's a Ralphs and tons of places to eat in the same parking lot so it's a great way to make one stop to get both your shipping and grub on! read more

I recently visited this particular location to ship a small package. I was told by the clerk that in order to ship a small package. They have to see my driver's license. This was very odd and concerning to me because I have never shipped a package, and someone asked me to show a driver's license before I could ship a UPS package. I've had a UPS account for years, and I have never been asked for ID prior to shipping. This place isn't in a nice area of Los Angeles. In my experience with this particular place , some of the staff are not friendly and are very arrogant. I simply refused to let them scan my ID, left this location, went to another nearby UPS store, and was not asked for any identification before shipping my package. This particular location is sketchy. I would advise any buyer to be aware of them and to ask what purpose they need to capture your personal license information for. I have no idea. The next thing is that when someone drops off a package, they may require you to have your valid state ID. read more

The customer service at this location is impeccable. The staff is ways kind, sharp, attentive, and very knowledgeable of all services. I've been coming here for several years and my experience has been consistent from management to each employee. I noticed a 1 star review for a single negative experience with one employee. I would never give a 1-star for a single encounter to a team with above exceptional service overall. That would be very selfish. Unfortunately, that's most people today. From 1 to 10 I would give this store a 9 for customer service. Keep up the good work. read more

I would and do drive out of my way to ship all of my packages with Tyler at this UPS. There's rarely ever a line, and that's nothing to do with the amount of traffic. There's a constant stream of people, but the staff at this location is patient, quick, and knowledgeable in a way that makes shipping super quick and easy. read more

The team at this store is amazing, I showed up 15 minutes before closing and everyone working there had a smile on their face and worked as quickly as possible to help move the line. Randy was so helpful, I had two large boxes and he had no problem getting a cart and coming to my car to get them out for me. He was fast, efficient and so friendly even at the end of his shift. Listen, it should go without saying that UPS and FedEx shipment places follow through, but woe is me. That so ain't the case. I've used other shipment centers and my returns vaporize. A few things that are great about this place: 1. It's in a strip mall with a Starbucks and grocery store. I am always at those two places. 2. It's Family-Owned and usually the husband and wife are there and the customer service is really good. People are polite. 3. I've never had a problem with anything I have shipped from here. 4. They have a drop off box which makes running in really quick and easy. 5. They provide receipts for your Amazon returns, or any other returns too. And no, not all Shipman centers do that. It comes in handy if and when stuff doesn't show up. 6. There's usually parking. read more

This is my other location I like to drop off pre-paid shipments. The staff is super friendly and quick! If you're ever bothered by a long line, just go in at a later time or when it's not shipping "rush hour." They're open until 7p so you have plenty of opportunities! Parking is a breeze! Just an amazing experience, felt the need to give Juan a wonderful review!! Man this guys was very knowledgeable about the items and process for shipping out a large shipment. Today I shipped out a huge amplifier for a friend of mines and just the thought of having to ship it out was a lot stress to be honest. Juan just made it so easy for me to just drop off, unwrapped and The UPS Stores was going to box it for me, ship it out and all I had to do was just pay for the conviene.... of just not stressing to find a large enough box to ship it in.
