    Good customer service, easy in and out for an amazon return. Private parking lot with tons of space. Store looked clean and organized.

    This location was INCREDIBLY helpful!!! The staff was so polite, the fee to print a prepaid label was great. Really great experience

    Be careful what items you place in your shipping box when getting help from this location's UPS…read morestaff. There is a thief employed at this location and the manager is defending that person. This will sound severe, yet it's true. When the box was sent to me that included a limited edition Steamdeck which was more than $700 along with its charger and case, it was never found in the box when received. A staff helped pack the box who got a look at the items in it, which then seems to have stolen it behind the scenes before shipping it out. At this point, I wouldn't put it past the manager as well, as she was trying her best to sweep the situation under the rug by spewing store policies and being completely unhelpful. Be careful of the staff members in this location, including the manager. If you're going to pack a box with an expensive device, or any item for that matter, just seal it yourself so the thief/thieves won't get an idea what's in it.

I came in with a few basic questions about shipping a package, as I am not very familiar with the process. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of offering guidance or answering my questions with courtesy, her tone and attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking for help. She appeared irritated and uninterested, which created a very uncomfortable experience. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when seeking assistance. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service should always remain courteous and respectful. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have a similar experience. Her name was Doris ! Thank you for your time and attention.

    I have used Yelp for many years and have never written a negative review until now…read more I was returning an item to a merchant and on their website they gave me the option to use Packagehub or USPS. I selected the first location offered, which was Packagehub, Mail Services Etc located at 2892 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90815 as it was the nearest to me. The merchant then sent me a scan code to present to Mail Services Etc for the return. When I arrived I had barely gotten in the door when a person who was dressed in some kind of uniform, pounced on me. I wasn't sure if they were some kind security guard or what. They preceded to tell me that I needed to tape up my package so the item wouldn't fall out. I told them I was just following the merchant instructions. They then said that I would have to take it to USPS. I explained that the merchant had sent me to their location for the return and showed them the scan code on my phone. Then another employee emerged and said I would have to take it to USPS and again I explained that the merchant sent me there to process the return and showed them the scan code. That person said, "That's FedEx and we are not a FedEx store!" They kept yelling at me even as I was walking out the door; like a couple of children. When I returned to the car where my husband was waiting I told him what happened and he pointed to the store where it had FedEx signage all over it. When I arrived home I called the merchant and told them what happened and they were shocked. They created a new return to be dropped off at another location and said if that ever happens again to call them from the store that's the problem and they'll take care of it. It's probably better that I went to the other location because they were more professional and I felt the package was processed correctly. I'm not sure what the problem was, but maybe they're not tech savvy? They said they needed a label printed, but the merchant said, "No print out necessary"! If Mail Services Etc isn't doing business with FedEx anymore then they need to removed all FedEx signage from their store and from their website because it's false advertisement. They also need to stop doing business with packagehub. More importantly, they need to be more professional or just retire.

    As someone who mostly goes to the UPS store because i'm the unfortunate sucker who multiple times a…read moreyear has to ship gifts to our remote team, i feel it's a little unfair to write this - since i only drop in as part of a work project i usually resent. I've been going here for years, since LONG before it changed ownership. Sometimes lines are long; sometimes they aren't. Regardless, they scan my packages, and they arrive at their locations - often a little late, despite me always selecting overnight delivery, but that's not this location's fault (I assume). I will say that the new franchise owners are a little more pleasant than the former; I think she'd grown jaded, and as such I kind of totally got it the next time I walked in and she wasn't there - good for you, girl, for selling and moving on. I love that the new team is always hanging out, being real; i feel more at home, tbh. I will say that of the three area UPS stores i've ever had a reason to check out, this is consistently the best. And at least if you wait in line for ages, you can pop over to Steel Cup next door for something good on your way out (coffee/beer/lunch/breakfast/mimosas) - or, if it's been an annoying enough experience, across the lot to Blondies for the hard stuff. in sum, it's a UPS store. if they get your packages out, i mean, that's a win, right?

I don't get it. One time I went in there and I couldn't pull up label and one of the younger guys was helping me and then he helped someone else so I was next in line to go to her and she says I'm not helping you. You have to stay with him. Very condescending.
