Then drivers pick up and start delivering. Let's talk about this distribution center. PHENOMENAL people. I had a package that was damaged so it was never delivered. I researched for hours and on call for hours trying to see what's going on as the app said package was being sent back to the sender. I didn't care about the condition I wanted my item. So, after being frustrated all day I decided to swing by. A young man was walking to start his shift he stopped said hi and asked if I was good. I told him my situation and he said he'll grab the supervisor. A couple minutes later the supervisor came out and she was more than helpful. She grabbed my tacking and gave me a complete update and situation status. This place isn't customer service, a store front, or anything. They didn't have to do this. Everything was sorted out and she made sure my package was getting redelivered properly. Some haz material got on the package that's why it was "damaged" This means not only did the distro center do amazing care but the driver too!
