The UPS Store in Lewiston has been a enormous time and money saver for me in Toronto. I can order goods from US-based companies and have them delivered to the UPS Store. Whether it's worthwhile depends on the goods and how they'd otherwise be delivered to Canada; I use the UPS Store's services 2-3 times/year. Yes, it's a 75 minute drive from Toronto but it cuts off as much as a few weeks from delivery times, and often avoids my having to pay large fixed brokerage charges for a courier to clear the goods into Canada. I still stop at Canada Customs on the way back to pay sales tax and sometimes duties, but I'd have to pay that anyhow if the goods came by courier. I am from Canada and I use this store to handle my shipments within the US. It is a really great service for us across the border and so far, I have received very good service for the last four (4) years I've used their services. They let you know via email as soon as your shipment arrives at the store. All the people I have dealt with so far has been professional and quick. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. If you get a lot of shipments to the store, there is also a $60 annual fee that lets you use the service as much as you can. I expect that it does not cover heavy items such as tires, etc. I highly recommend this store. read more

I'm a big fan of their service. I've had an account with them for almost 3+ years It's always no more than a few minutes in-and -out to collect my parcels, no matter how many there are and how busy it is. Staff is always courteous and helpful. As a Canadian, its very convenient to have products shipped here. Notifications are prompt and It's just a few minutes drive from the US/CA border. Just wish they also had limited hours for collection on Sunday's too because it isn't always possible to drive down on Saturdays when the weather gets bad. read more

Signing up for the UPS store was the best thing I ever did! I missed out on so many deals and products because they didn't ship to Canada. Now I can take advantage of all of the deals If I want to. Simple process to sign up which I appreciated. They give you a US address and you use that to order what you want. An hour to cross the border and I was there about 10 mins later. The lady who dealt with me was friendly, fast and efficient and they even gave me my first package free. It's totally worth it! read more

The UPS Store in Lewiston has done a great job any time I have needed a shipment within the U.S.. They have saved me money on shipping by allowing me to cross the border with my purchase rather than relying on a "Broker" supplied by the shipping company. When travelling to the States, I will have packages shipped to The UPS Store and declare the goods as "packages to follow" when returning to Canada. I've been a customer of UPS for several years now. UPS is efficient and you'll be in and out in no time. If you don't pay the $60 annual fee, the pick up costs are $5 US per package up to 3 lbs. each; and $10 US per package up to 70 lbs. each. Their competitor in Niagara Falls, NY charges $5.95 for up to 70 lbs, but they can't compete with the UPS hours as they are open until 7 pm, plus they're a little closer to my Niagara-on-the-Lake home. This store provided me with a cross border solution that I was looking for. I received a USA mailing address that I'm able to ship to. I order car parts across the USA as they are near impossible to get in Canada as I'm building out my car and I'm able to drive down, pick up my parts, pay my duty at the border and come right back. Great. I order something to pickup from there, they email me when it's arrived. Good for planning a quick trip with the family and doing some Amazon Prime shopping. Has to be done in a month though, or it's $1/d more. Prices to hold for the first month are reasonable at $5/small object (see their website). The place is clean and conveniently by the Lewiston-Queenston bridge. It doesn't have a washroom but if you ask nicely of the store next door, they're good to let the kids you use it. read more

Convenient location where I pick up my online shopping orders. This location also has "Need a US address", which allows you to ship any product big or small to this address. This is very reliable and convenient for me as a Canadian. This way, I pay one low monthly fee to have my US shipping address (which I actually split with my best friend) and is still a huge savings because I no longer pay massive shipping and duty fees. I get an immediate notification via email once my parcel arrives at their facility. I use this UPS store every month for those item from amazon or eBay that don't ship to Canada. It is less than 5 minutes from the Lewiston bridge. Each time I pickup my parcels I am greeted by one of the attendees with courtesy and respect and will continue to have deliveries made here. As a side benefit, I also make a stop at nearby Duffs or a Mexican place to round off the trip. read more

I needed to have some things sent to me in Canada and decided to just have them sent to Lewiston since several of the companies did not ship to Canada. Needausaddress and the UPS store made the whole sign up process very easy. Parking is excellent. The main bad part about the experience is that you can't discard boxes here (or maybe you can but you have to pay for it). read more

Occasionally I want to order items that don't ship to Canada. It's those times that caused me to go looking for for a place to ship to. I was pleasantly surprised to find this UPS outlet. It is very close to the boarder crossing so not far to go. The staff were pleasant and it was fast service when I went to pick up my items. I highly recommend them. read more
