Usually the experience here is great as the employees are very friendly. Today though, a rather disgruntled silver/white haired male I believe, gave me such a nasty attitude. Simply because I told him I didn't know the other side of the box had to be taped if it is sealed and he gave me a bitter reply saying Packed and ready to go means packed. Not only did he not let me explain that the few times I have brought a package there, it has been exactly how I brought it and no one has ever brought it to my attention that it had to be taped. Had someone told me, I would fix that issue and make sure to do it correctly next time. No need to be quick and rude, whatever personal struggles you are going through has nothing to do with me if you don't even give me the grace to explain myself. When I raised issue, the manager started raising his voice, interrupted, and eventually kicked us out. He refused to process my return without paying him extra money under the table. Came in to print something at UPS, they advised the the payment for it is 3.20 and of course I was shocked to this as it used to be a dollar something. Per page, the employees began to be rude regarding this and the employee in the back stated "you can go somewhere else" female in the back quietly but I was able to hear it. And I advised I understand u can but needed something printed asap, which is why I chose to still come and pay it as it was needed, the male began to state I should leave because I stated I the price was high but still needed it as I was telling the person who was with me what the person in the back said rudely. I emailed them the item twice and she said they weren't receiving it which I don't believe as they began to be rude and I have printed things at this store and sent to the same exact email several times. Mailed a flat item. Brought it in without an envelope. Purchased envelope and placed item in the envelope. Cashier insisted that I provide my ID so they could scan it into their computer system. Where does that now go? Is my ID in possession of UPS or just this random franchisee? The cashier informed me that she makes $11 an hour and doesn't get paid enough to care. Upped my rating to 5 stars because of improved customer service consistency and this team going above and beyond. Team member Trevor learned UPS service-related ASL to respectfully and more conveniently communicate with deaf and hard of hearing customers. All businesses should make this effort. Team member Kylie is also learning sign language. Customer service still depends on who is behind the counter. However, everyone working at this location has been consistently helpful and professional -- especially in comparison to the other 3 UPS and 3 FedEx locations (in Henderson and Las Vegas) I've had to visit nearby my jobsites for "quick" printing/faxing/sending packages. Probably the worst in the area. The last 5 times I tried to get a document notarized, there was no notary on shift and no one seemed to know when one would show. The last of time I called to verify notary was there and was told one was. Got there 12 minutes later to be told there was not one and that they did not not say there would be. Twice I went and they were not accepting Amazon Returns - reported that to Amazon, Super close to my house so I thought I would try one more time - I have called three times today and let it ring ad ring and ring. I came to this location because it's right next to the market that I use all the time. I had to send a check to a friend overnight but ended up using their second day air for the economy price. The inside was clean and organized and they were managing the large group of customers well. But what I want to know is why the customers and employees were wearing masks except for one girl that was working the cash register? I would like to invite everybody to please think twice before using this UPS location. I found the people to be unprofessional, discourteous and unable to do a simple task of making copies correctly. They also are not able to manage the sequence of customers and allowed people to cut in front of me while I was in the middle of my transaction after I patiently waited for my turn. The mail attendant was condescending and defensive when I politely asked to continue with my transaction. He offered up some inaccurate irrelevant excuse in a confrontational way. Clearly there is a very poor training program and this individual has very little skills for dealing with the public. I lived in this area for number of years and will not use this location ever again. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! The most infuriating thing, is when a "customer service" agent has no clue what they're doing. In this case Kylie, the window agent, had no clue what she was doing. Secondary, you NEVER EVER argue with a customer no matter how wrong they are or how upset they are! This is what Trevor, the store manager did. AS AN AGENT your primary job is to deal with customer's issues. This store has it all wrong! The store manager, Trevor is extremely rude and condescending. I had a two day air shipped to this store from my UPS store where I have my Box in Florida. I received notice that the Package was in but I was called out of town. I called the store that day and an employee told me that they would hold it. I asked the hours for the Sunday following they told me 11-4. I called the Sunday to confirm they were there and the package was still there. The person told me it was and there is a holding fee! I then asked how much is that he said 15.00 per day! I told him I would discuss it when I arrived. When I got there I asked if he was the owner he said no the manager, when I called today the girl I spoke with told me he is the OWNER!!!. He was holding my package and I would not get it until I paid him 15.00 a day. I refused and he finally said he would give some "good will" and only charge me 15.00. Still ridiculous! I called my store in Florida they said they only charge 5.00 and that is to hold a package for 7 days! This store is poorly managed and blatantly taking advantage of patrons. I've used a mailbox at this location for years. Over the last year or so I wasn't getting my mail and the answer I received was that it wasn't addressed correctly. Nothing had changed. I was also getting mail that didn't belong to me. My last straw was a set of documents that needed notarized signatures and mailing. They didn't mail my documents and have no records of having them at all. I canceled my mailbox and will no longer use this location. I recommend you don't either. I remember when they had great customer service . That all ended when new owner took over and good employees like Jeff and Vicki were fired and never returned . They are the worst !! I've been customer there since 2004 since it was at 3230 e Flamingo and moved to 3870 e Flamingo . Excellent customer service - everyone so nice , place was always buzzing - I forget previous owner name but JEFF and Vicki were amazing . I notice things turn for the worse about a year ago when good employees started being replaced by cheep labor - Vicki has surgery had never came back- Jeff went over and above good customer service .. I was mortified when new owner told me he was fired when others said he " went on to better things " ( a lie ) Then they had some snobby queen that was so rude - even the new employees gave me the impression he was a jerk - starting in feb or March 2019 everytime I called to talk about being over billed , charges for shipping my mail to me herb I'm out of town - he faked taking messages for weeks , I'd fax letters everyday asking the owner to call me - it got to the point he would hang up on me or put me on hold and never pick up . On several occasions I used 3 phone lines from my office - first call put on hold - second and third he would pick up say nothing hang up or put me on hold - I even had friends call for me bad they got same treatment . A girl that worked there for a short time was really nice - I told her about this she laughed whe I asked her - what is that queens problem lol She did get the owner my message but couldn't or would tell me what this guys problem was - turns out she got feed up with the way they treated her and when she quit like many others - she got me the owners other phone number at the other ups store when the jerk always told me he didn't know the phone number of the other store - I called the other store and got lucky when employee gave me owners cell phone number . I then call owners cell , he seemed really nice , told him what his idiot Mgr was doing to me - and how he over charged me for 6 months off and on - owner said 4 mo ago or so he would call me when he's at the store 3830 e Flamingo and call back with answers - he never did I also told him I have letter from my phone co showing how many times the store called me and hung up with out leaving a message - I'd call back seconds later and ask the fussy queen who's calling me and hanging up- he always said he didn't know ( even though I confirmed he was only person there ) After calling owners cell phone multiple times leaving messages for about 2 months the owners kid answered his cell phone - then gave the phone to daddy lol owner of ups store Owner Gary Sandhu aka gurvinder Sandhu- I asked him why he never returned my call , also told him how I'd get calls from store but nobody leaving messages - That's when owner fired that queen " mark" and again he promised to call me back following day - and all I got was a call and hang up - no message . So I got there email address and sevt my complaint through DocuSign - a letter asking him to call me - each time DocuSign sends a reminder to him - it asks to confirm my message was received- they refuse to confirm so they will get this message every 2-3 days in mail box until they confirm for the next 365 days Also I'm upset that I never got door key Paying customer for over 20 years - no problems complaints until 2019 Filed complaint with bbb ( they never responded ) but I did file Comlaint through bbb they will send to corp office this weeki read more

She told me to use the copier behind as she was busy. I put my paper in and the copier asked to load paper. I told the lady employee who was finishing helping someone who came after me and asking the first person of 6 now waiting.
