I had a small business to send out orders. This company sent me a thermal printer but you have to rent it. You can always buy your own. But when you sign up an account, they will allow to do these payments and print your label. Its very convenient. The people at the store when you drop off your packages, they will measure the weight to double check for you and give you a receipt. Sometimes if I ran out of supplies, you can buy boxes, tape and envelopes. You can get everything you need when it comes to shipping. Oh I did see some notary service too. read more

This is as a useless UPS as you can get, please do not come here if you do not have everything together. I do not have a printer right now because I'm moving and I was trying to ship a return and wanted them to print the label for me and they refused. Ashley told me that her boss Jack refused to allow customers to use their printer while their courtesy printer is not working. I am floored at the lack of customer service and courtesy at this store. Worst UPS store in the area, I would give them negative 1 star if I could. I walked in with a 4in by 5in box and a prepaid shipping label from UPS. Unfortunately I did not have tape to seal the top lid which would have been only 1 x 5in strip of tape. After waiting 8 min to be attended, the girl proceeded to tell me that there would be a 1.00 charge for tape.She then arrogantly ties to explain to me that this is a franchise and the owner needs to recoup his cost. I used to sell MBE "Mail Boxes Etc franchises all over LATAM back in the late 90's before it was taken over by UPS. I am the last person that needs to be explained how these stores are managed. I also am a firm believer of customer service, the owner should be recouping his profits off of each UPS shipment he sells customer vs contract cost and off of their value added services, printing, packing, binding and mailboxes. To have the audacity to charge for a small strip of tape after seeing me waiting is unacceptable. Improve on customer service and employee training and you will increase your core sales. UPS store in Harker Heights has never done something like this, and I suggest going to Harker Heights for their business instead. Who carries a dollar on them anyhow? I would be better off buying a whole roll from dollar tree. read more

I've visited this UPS Store several times, mostly for returning items approved for UPS return shipping. Personnel at this store are always professional and efficient. Only issue I experience is a parking shortage at peak times or would've given this review a "5". I'm surprised at other negative reviews. read more

So what they don't tell me makes all the difference. They want $19+ to send a small box to LA, A little box like that? Ground? "Exactly what are you charging for a service fee?" "I can't tell you that until the next screen sir" So it says there that the actual UPS charge to ship the box is $8.30. and you want over $10.00 as a service charge? That is the biggest rip off I have seen in awhile. They are charging me over $10. to load my box on a truck and print a shipping form? Just went to this location to return an amazon order and sure enough they were trying to charge me to tape a box even though this was taken right off my return instructions. Assistant manager Lex is absolutely awful. I called her to find out what time does the post office usually deliver mail to them. She was nasty with me. I asked for her name and she said 'why do you need it?'. I told her I simply wanted to know who I was speaking to and she said 'you dont need my name' and hung the phone up on me after mentioning she was the only one in the store and one of the assistant managers. read more

Terrible customer service from Ashley. The other lady was very friendly. Ashley had me drive an hour to the store just to be told she was wrong and wasn't able to sell me the quantity of shipping supplies as she said she had for me. Horrible customer service. A lady told me that a package was being sent to TX when it was actually being sent back to TN, I kept explaining to her that it says it is being mailed back to the sender, and she kept saying "No its coming to TX" 2 days later I call back and spoke with another lady and she said "Oh im sorry your package had been sent to TN not TX." So if that lady actually knew what she was doing at her job, I would've found out the problem and fixed it and received my package sooner. Now I have to wait until Monday to receive my package. read more

The absolute worst UPS store. EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE in addition to HIGHER PRICES THAN ANY OTHER UPS STORE. Apparently each UPS store is independently franchised so this location likes to charge 5 times what the other ups stores charge. For example, $1.99 per page to SCAN & email documents. You could FAX them for that price! If you need something printed, not only will you wait 45 minutes for 5 pages but they will charge you a $3 "set up" fee in addition to the cost of your prints. Horrible store. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here. read more
