Charged me even though my fax did not go through.... went to OfficeMax and it went through the first time.

What a horrible experience! I forgot to print out a 1 page gate pass to get on post. Fortunately, I had it on a flash drive with me an figured I'd go to the nearest place that offered business services to print it out. What a mistake! Not only did I have to wait in line for at least 20 mins, I was then charged over $3.00 to pull up my document and print it out (a 30 sec process). When I balked at the outrageous price, the employee claimed the business "needs to pay for the equipment." Do not support these kind of unethical business practices!!! read more

Couldn't find a UPS or FedEx store near me in Harker Heights so just happened to drive by here and thought I would try it. I just needed to send a fax. I was helped promptly and the woman was very friendly and chatty. Looks like they offer a wide variety of shipping and computer services. I'll come back next time I need something similar. read more

I would rate Eagle Express as just OK. At 10 days before Christmas 2010, I had two options: stand in line at the Post Office for 2 hours or try a local mail center. I heard good things about Eagle Express from a military spouse on Fort Hood, so I thought I'd give them a shot. After all, I like to support local businesses. I'll start with the good: the facility was clean and organized and the customer service reps were attentive. The gentlemen handling my shipment was very patient with me and my many, many packages. All packages came with a tracking number, which is how I discovered that all domestic (stateside) packages were shipped immediately and delivered in a timely manner. Now the not so good: unfortunately, the tracking number also informed me that my "international" (Guam, a US protectorate utilizing the US Postal Service as domestic) packages were mailed 5 days after my visit to Eagle Express and that 2 of them were MIA well after Christmas. It seems the postal software used at EE lacks the ability to list customs forms requirements, a very confusing protocol that even most USPS agents haven't memorized completely. But that's not EE's fault. Perhaps an upgrade on the software will fix the customs form issue. Not sure why the packages were sent out so late, though. If there was confusion over the customs forms, they should have called me or the USPS. And I have no idea why 2 packages are lacking tracking info (MIA). Lastly, my receipt shows that all four "international" packages were sent to the same address, even though one was clearly marked with a different address on the box and on the customs form. Another drawback: Eagle Express is expensive compared to other postal services in the area. read more

They do not even deserve a star. Absolutely 100% rude!!! I had called to ask about getting flyers made for an event and I was quoted $125 for 500 flyers. I told the lady if she could work with me on getting a lower price since I was quoted $55.00 for 1000 flyers (shipped) from another state. And she got completely rude on me saying why was I sending my money to another state and not helping business owners in Texas. Umm hello because I am not going to shell out an extra $75.00 when I can get it for $55.00. DO NOT USE THEM. No point! They will rip you off. read more

THE OWNER could care less about complaints. She tried to overcharge me. She was on the phone with someone who was already filing a complaint and then tried to take it out on me. I have NEVER had a problem with UPS. UPS associates are always friendly and helpful. read more

I have used this little place several times in the past year or so. This is a great place with very friendly staff. I have not had a bad experience at all, so I'm not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. This place provides a lot of services. I've used their notary before, which was a pleasant experience. I've also used their packing service when I had to ship an odd shaped cloth tool box and couldn't find my own box. They packed it very well and then showed me the screen with the different prices between FedEx, UPS, and USPS. I thought it was a very nice touch and realized then that I would be using Eagle Express for all of my office/mailing needs from now on! :) read more

I have been a customer of Eagle Express for two years. Today I went to pick up documents that I requested and payed 70 dollars for on Friday. The owners wife pulls me aside and accused me of faxing to a fake number which took 90 minutes of her staffs time. One fax went through and one wouldn't go through. I was given both numbers by the department of Health and Human Services in New Mexico. I said I was sorry and did not know that. She accused me of faxing to that number before. I stated I don't remember what number they gave me before I don't save numbers. She continued to accuse me of faxing to a false nuormber in front of a full store of customers. I told her I was done with the topic and I was getting another fax together. She stated she was not done. I said I am and she went on and on. I said what would I gain by paying 70 dollarso to fax to a fake number. She refused to give me my money and refused the fax and said she was calling the cops. I told her she was nuts. So I leave the store and a man walks out a tell tme she did the same thing to him. So I go fax elsewhere and go back with my receipt. I didn't say a word she would not give me a receipt or refund my money and called the cops so I waited. She told the police that she did not want the police in her store anymore in front of customers. I don't kniow what type of a ups store she runs if the cops are there. They made her give me my receipt and USAA is refunding my money. She is nuts go elsewhere for business. read more
