Be sure to get any will that requires notarization printed on one side (not double-sided). Compassion/Empathy/Kindness: This is the highlight. She showed up in ways that instilled that this world is actually good. We finished the will in less than 5 minutes, and she could have quickly gone to the next appointment. What she did next made us feel that angels exist. Having fought her colon cancer battle, she pulled out her phone and told us to go to MD Anderson. She started to share names, phone numbers, and resources, but the greatest act of love a human can do for another at this moment was to advocate for us. We were giving up. She started to call and would not leave until we had a plan. We had the resources we needed two hours later, but an agenda that my brother and I executed two days later. Fast-forward two weeks since that day, our mother is fighting S4 cancer, and her energy is where it was when she first started to fight years ago. Her appetite, energy, and most importantly, her will to live, not just to fight, was back. I highly and FULLY recommend Jackquealyne for any notary work. There are signs suggesting that all services are addressed in Suite 220. Beware - the man working in this suite is nasty and racist. He wouldn't speak to me or acknowledge my existence upon arrival, and rudely talked down to his customer. When he called me in and I explained why I was there, he told me he doesn't handle TSA Pre Check appointments. When I asked where I should go, he yelled at me, asking if I spoke English or could read signs. I've never been spoken to this way, and was horrified by how someone could treat others this way. When I walked out I heard him loudly talking to himself and referring to the other customer and I as "fucking idiots". When I finally found the correct office, the woman there informed me that several people encounter this situation with this man due to the Google Maps listing inaccuracy and IdentoGO's confusing / poor signage. If this is a recurring issue, why don't they fix it? And why is this man still employed? IdentoGO needs to do better and address these issues.

I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service! It's always a drag to get fingerprinting done for jobs (not my first time having to do so) and when I say that they made this experience so easy and delightful, I mean it to the fullest. My appointment was for 11:30am and I went by when they opened at 10am and asked if they could take me early and they didn't hesitate! My ID gave them trouble with scanning, my fingerprints were reading error messages and my authorization code for payment wasn't working after a few tries. Through all the chaos, I never felt rushed or a burden! When taking my picture, the daughter, (I cannot believe I forgot her name. Ugh I feel horrible! btw: it's a family owned business by mother & daughter) well she tells me "look at the camera and I need you to look like you don't want to be here" and it made me smile more! lol it was so hard because I definitely wanted to be there!!! I'm a firm believer when it comes to reading reviews for places I plan on going to but I'm never the one to leave one. so...doing this long story like of a review was needed. this place deserves the recognition!!
