After we started to move in, we found the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned out and dishes from the previous owner were still in some of them. The dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceiling were a specific item I requested to be cleaned and they were not touched. The bathroom showers still had not been cleaned. The carpets were supposed to be steam cleaned but the small machine they used did no good. They didn't even vacuum up after using the steam cleaner. I'm extremely disappointed with the work they did and cannot recommend them to anyone. Rating would be 0 stars but it won't let me do 0.

Cody and Jaylen came out to service my water heater this year, and again, I just really love the team. They are prompt, super professional and just the most friendly guys you will meet. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter. He was great, and made sure the work site was left perfect and went above and beyond to make it all look tidy post-install. Even though Ive never met Jenna in person, she is just a delight to deal with, always gets me on the schedule promptly, and always gets me the answers I need, which is super helpful, because I am out of state. My texts went unanswered for over a week and my calls kept getting forwarded to voicemail. Once I stated I would put a review online I got an immediate response that they are not interested in working on my project that the receptionist was confident about them fixing during the initial phone conversation. This is not acceptable and if you are not confident in doing a job this should have been said during the initial overpriced site visit. Thank you.
