Chris and his support clerk were very helpful in helping me pick the design and format I wanted for several plaques and trophies for an award ceremony and graduation. They had the logo of my military program already. When I emailed Chris the wording I wanted, he sent me back a draft of what it would look like so I could approve it before he had the work engraved. The prices where very decent and affordable for the amount I needed and they were finished in a very quick manner, some even the next day. I had one specialty trophy I wanted and the order came in and was finished within a week. I would highly recommended this store for all needed plaques, gifts and awards!

I told the lady exactly the time & day I needed it. When it's time for pick-up, the plaque wasn't ready because the lady said I didn't specify the time. This is impossible because we have a luncheon with the person that is leaving so I have to give the right time in order to get it to him for his event. Her excuse was, if she knew she would have wrote it on the receipt. I didn't get any receipt. The plaque wasn't ready until two days later. The day of the pick-up, Melissa called me & asked me if the dates on the plaque are correct. Shouldn't I get this call days early to confirm the wordings on the plaque, not on the day of the late pick-up?! I was hyped up with this place, not anymore.

It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job.
