A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. They had the logo of my military program already. When I emailed Chris the wording I wanted, he sent me back a draft of what it would look like so I could approve it before he had the work engraved.
