A consummate professional. It is a home in Forest Creek area so be aware of that, but he even wore a mask to answer the door when I arrived. It was before Christmas so he said not likely until after Christmas as he was fully booked. Surprise - someone cancelled and he under-promised and over-delivered!! I'll have to add photo later, it's a surprise but he did a wonderful job and it was priced better than any of the other folks I found that could do this job. Chris and his support clerk were very helpful in helping me pick the design and format I wanted for several plaques and trophies for an award ceremony and graduation. They had the logo of my military program already. When I emailed Chris the wording I wanted, he sent me back a draft of what it would look like so I could approve it before he had the work engraved. The prices where very decent and affordable for the amount I needed and they were finished in a very quick manner, some even the next day. I had one specialty trophy I wanted and the order came in and was finished within a week. I would highly recommended this store for all needed plaques, gifts and awards!
