Beyond 5 STARS, if I could!! Amazing Customer Service, Quality and pricing. Most importantly the timing is perfect. When they said when it will be ready, it was ready. They did not disappoint. Very impressed with the work and the speed. read more

Cost is expensive for what is done. Service requested wasn't done, had to return and have it done. No attention to detail. Probably not going back here. read more

Muhammad Ali & Joe Frazier go to a Dry Cleaner. Owner says, "Can I help you?" They say, "How much to wash an old pair of boxers?" Some alterations done in a pinch and I called probably 25 different places throughout the Austin area and I decided to call around two places in Killeen since per capita there are probably more alteration shops due to the military base. No one wanted to help me out anywhere that I called until I called this place and they allowed me to bring my item in and did exceptional work. They didn't overcharge me for the work, and they were very fast with work. I then came back and brought more items to them to get work done and they worked very fast. I will continue to come back here because this is exactly what good customer service and an excellent alteration shop / dry cleaning shop is about. read more

This is a reasonable, reliable dry cleaner. It is not the least expensive ($20 for a coat, $14 each for suit jackets, for example). If you have difficult stains or specialty material, you should go elsewhere. But if you have regular dry cleaning or military alterations or sewing that you need reliably for a moderate (not low) price, this works. read more

I come to Jasper Cleaners a lot. Dry cleaning, sewing and alterations, and all on different articles of clothing. The turn around time is quick. I once needed something in less than 2 days and I got it. Most of the time I drop off items that I don't need back in a hurry, but it's always ready within a few days. read more

I forgot to take pictures when I went there but this place is really affordable. It's less expensive than other places in town. There's other options other than dry cleaning if you need other works done on your clothes. My sons JROTC uniforms were done in two days, maybe they can do sooner but that's what they gave me. Overall its great for the price and I will definitely come back. read more

Hands down best place to get ASU's done, even if you are in a hurry she will expedite your uniform or whatever and get it done.

I needed alterations to a Pant Suit for an interview the very next day and needed Same-Day service with quality/trustworthy. I researched online and found this place with the best ratings - For once, the ratings were true! She was kind! It was done that same day - of course she said 'next time, give us more time';) AND - the sweetest gesture, she gave me a gift to wish me good luck on my interview!! they have my heart (and my service) from this day and always! read more

I used to use Zip and then Pro Cleaners, but they did not do well on my Army Green Uniform shirts. I switched to Jasper Cleaners several years ago and have had no regrets. I now wear the Army Service Uniform 4 days a week and have no complaints about the white shirt. They handle laundry and alterations for my entire family (Mom, Dad and two adult sisters). The prices are good and the workmanship is excellent. read more
