I love this business and the employees. One day I was in the process of buying property in an area a few miles outside the city of Lampasas. I am a Realtor and have been in the business for twenty years. I was at the property, got a call from the mortgage company. Some how they lost an important document and I had the originaI. I stopped at two banks two banks to see if they would fax the document and said I would gladly pay. The first bank refused since I did not have an account. I offered to open an account. Still refused. Second bank said no, same offer. A man inside the bank overheard my conversation and stopped me in the parking lot, He pointed me to Copycats. I was under a deadline. I now do shipping, copying, faxing, and other services I need thru Copycats. My point? People who do not give great customer service will never enjoy my money. My money is still in my bank in Austin, and I bank online. I've lived in Lampasas for three years now and happily do business with Copycats who do it right! read more
