I previously bought a refrigerator off a floor sample sale where it was delivered with the handle. This summer, with a remodel I went there again and purchased a cook top and refrigerator again. Although Jim Reade neither verbally nor on my sales order wrote that the handle was not included I argued that a precedent was set. In fact it is a violation of law (Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices) as well as the Universal Commercial Code (UCC), he raised his voice and said "Get your own handle, I'm going home". It was 4:30. I asked him who he reported to and he refused to tell me. Shocked and horrified, I reached out to the other store and learned his boss is Tina Tsikisi who I called twice. After the second call she delegated it to another employee named Ed Fulop. He also said he would not provide the handle, even though it was not disclosed in any form that it was not included. What is wrong with these people? I spend nearly $10,000 and they treat customers like this? I would NEVER return and warn others, this is not a professional business. I bought a new handle for $200, I hope it was worth your reputation as I can see here isn't much to talk about.

It's inspiring to…read moresee the important work they do to rescue, rehabilitate and release injured sea turtles back into the ocean. The center provides care for turtles that have been injured, sick or affected by pollution and other dangers. Visitors can learn about each turtle's story, see the rehabilitation areas and discover more about ocean conservation and the challenges sea turtles face in the wild. It's free to get in. They do ask if you would like to make a donation for all their hard work helping these injured turtles. At times, they have some people there to help and explain all the help that they give the turtles and why they were rescued and what their injuries were . It's both educational and enjoyable, with plenty of opportunities for children to learn through interactive exhibits and up-close views of these incredible animals. The staff and volunteers are passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to protecting marine life. Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a wonderful place to spend time with family while supporting an important cause. It's a meaningful, educational and memorable experience for visitors of all ages!

We just did a quick loop to see all of the turtles in the tanks. Staff were near the tanks telling visitors info about their turtles and what they do to rehab the turtles. We loved the tank with the little baby turtles! They have a surprisingly good gift shop as well! I would recommend a stop by if you are in the area!
