The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. I am grateful for their excellence! What a great blessing they are to help us reach our loved ones with their organizational skills and knowledge.

She called the document "shady" and it came directly from a federal credit union. She said multiple times, not in a quiet or polite way, that this document was shady. I told her the bank sent to me to have my name notarized. Gave her my local DL and even more info than she needed to know about the situation & she was quite rude and nasty. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. Living in ATL Beach, it is so convenient. But, so not worth the ugly that I had to put up with for her to look at my DL and watch me sign a document, put her notary on it. Other employees had been nothing but great in the past.

I would say that prices here run normal to the cost and value of other shops of its kind like Office Depot/Max, Staples, and FedEx. Jax Color is my go to for my art prints and large artwork scans. The location is great with easy…read moreparking so it isn't difficult to get in and out. If you live anywhere besides Riverside/Downtown/Springfield it's only a few blocks off 95 Park Street exit. Some items can be pricey but they work with you when you need something special-which is different than a place you'd order online. You get to speak with an actual human face to face and are able to explain what you want with visuals rather than just over the phone. They also print on fabrics and canvas. My favorite thing to use them for is large scale scans of artwork. It's the only place in town I found to do them-other than finding a professional photographer who will take photos of your work then give you the images. They charge $5 a scan. So awesome! They can also transfer the files to you using a file transfer utility app (like Dropbox) or you can bring a thumb drive with you. Try them out for yourself!

For my more complicated prints, I have needed to ask for everything from help printing a physical receipt, formatting to print a certain way, cutting properly, and even sending my order to a different location when servers where down. On top of that, I am often able to find coupons online which is helpful for keeping costs low for when my work is for a non-profit or small organization. I love having to stop into this FedEx location, everyone is always so nice, helpful, and they have everything I need to get my print jobs done well and in a timely manner.

He went to the back to check then came back asking if I had a vehicle large enough to hold it. I pointed out my car and he said "Ok, I'll be right back". He got the package on a dolly, checked out my ID and scanned the box, then wheeled it out to my SUV and loaded it in the trunk. I was fully prepared to do all this myself as I was told that they don't have a policy to load it in your vehicle for you and I had a dolly, but before I could say anything he did it all for me. I thanked him so much and we wished each other a good weekend. I wish I could have gotten that young man's name. Thank you so much!

We are selling our house out of state and opted to do a mail-away closing. I wanted a receipt because of the time time sensitivity and importance of the documents so, I found myself in need of a FedEx store. I wasn't aware of a location near me but after a quick online search found Quik Pack, which is an authorized FedEx location. When I went in, the place was very clean and spacious. It was under 3 miles away so I headed there! When I arrived, it was a little hard to find because there are no outward hanging signs but I found the store after driving about midway down the plaza because of the door lettering. There was plenty of parking. It was very clean and smelled great! There were plenty of envelopes for me to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful. He walked me through my options and made a suggestion on what would work best for me. We had a really good conversation. I got a receipt and term firmed my package was delivered I expected. Drop boxes are great when time and delivery confirmation aren't as critical but it was great to know that I have a store close to me with great customer service that I can now go to.
