It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat
