I've been to this UPS Store a few times and have been always impressed with the courtesy, service, and engaged support from those who work here. UPS Store seems to always be a place for me in time of dire need - and they always come through! This time it was critical to get an important document faxed off. It worked like a charm! There have been times I've picked up vital mail pieces here or needed supplies. Again, they always came through. Oh! There is also notary availability too. But I would contact the store to find out when that is available. This is an excellent UPS Store. Don't be afraid to visit. I would say that prices here run normal to the cost and value of other shops of its kind like Office Depot/Max, Staples, and FedEx. I haven't found anything I've done that I wish would have been lower cost but certainly others have their own take on this. I came into this UPS on July 1st at 11:40 and the two women there were very discourteous. I needed to print one sheet of paper and I'm confident they overcharged me as well. Hopefully I never run into them again cause I frequent this this UPS often. read more

I tried coming before work to print something because hours said they open at 8:30AM. Lights were on but door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Not sure where the employee was but I wasted my time and now have to go to another store later. read more

ups store employees are always helpful the notary services are hit and miss for times they are there not for the service they provide which is good. the problem is the property manager came after me after my car was parked over the line. i was loudly confronted. he was taking a picture of my license plate. my car was the only parked out in the middle lot and the only car in that area. he threaten to sticker my car and have it towed. I was in the store for just 10 minutes and there were numerous parking spots in front of all business in fact ones a bar which was closed. read more

Jackie is a model employee, who is patient, has a great attitude, and exhibits excellent customer service skills. Other than that I advise you go literally anywhere else; there's about 3-4 other UPS stores in a 5 mile radius that average about 4-stars that will give you better customer service. There is a reason this UPS store can't even get up to 3-stars. Two of the "5-star reviews" for this UPS store owned by Joseph Santora are by a Jeremiah Santora and another by an ex-employee, which is a conflict of interest under Google's terms. If a store gets relatives and ex-employees to give their store a good review but still can't get a good overall rating, meanwhile all the other UPS stores, that offer the same exact services, in a 5 mile radius are doing just fine. Then the issue lies with the store. I read the reviews before dropping off my package and went against my instincts, and I paid for it, literally. They lost my package, and I lost my money. Don't make my mistake. Get better service elsewhere. read more

Friendly service and quick in and quick out. Very no nonsense. I had a package that needed to be sent back to Amazon.com and within 90 seconds I was in/out with my receipt. Second time, same thing, recommended least expensive packaging and 180 seconds, I was out the door. Love this place. read more

Would give store manager a big fat 0 stars. The most rudest man I've ever met in my life. Just went in for a routine Amazon return and he actually raised his voice to me and told me to figure it out. As I as walking to the other counter he said (in a lobby full of people) OMG SOME PEOPLE!!! I have never seen him at this branch and I go in about once a week. I live around the corner and I will drive to the Beach Blvd store from now on. I understand I'm just one person and this probably won't affect the business as that is not my wish. Ugh. If I wanted to be treated badly, I would just go to the post office. I use this place often since it is by my house. However their customer service is lacking. Normally I would not care how workers act but since its expensive to ship things here, I expect people to be a least at the bare minimum nice, but not at this place. If you have money to spend on shipping and want to be treated badly come here. Otherwise save your money and go to the post office. read more

I have been using the UPS store for over a year and can say the owners and staff have been nothing but polite. The attentive staff always greets me with courteous conversation and are all smiles. I also know that they have at least three new employees that are equally polite as the others that used to work there. I encourage you to use this office for your shipping needs I assure you any of the other complaints you may read are old and things have been great with the owners and staff for the last year. Wow. I'm not sure what I was expecting here but definitely not what I got. I had to drop off an Apple product to ship it back and the guy from the Apple service center assured me that they do this all the time and the UPS store will know what to do. There were two young girls working the day that I went in and they were both next to clueless on what to do. They said they get other products but had never seen an Apple request before. Ok, understandable. They muddled their way through the process but what makes me give this place a 2 star rating was that they were discussing calling their boss to get directions but were afraid to because he might get upset. I have a problem with any place that doesn't encourage their employees to ask for help when they need it. If it were a simple order that would be one thing, but this was the first time they had returned a product to Apple so they should have felt like it was okay to ask for help. read more

HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -Horrible service - items destroyed in shipping with no recourse - over $300 and over two months trying to reclaim and company won't resolve issues - (they hang up and refuse to talk to you) also corporate office only reroutes claim back to store - multiple call ins to UPS to resolve and NOTHING but wasted time - this UPS Atlantic location should be closed and manager/owners taken to court. read more
