I was really impressed by the professional service that I received at this UPS Store. The service was top notch. The employee was helpful with my package and didn't charge for extra tape like some UPS stores do ($2.00 for 2 little pieces of tape). The store was clean, tidy and well-managed. It was a pleasure to do business there! read more

This is the BEST UPS store ever, and some of the best customer service around. I am always met by a kind greeting. They have professionally and gladly helped me with everything from a notary , to marketing , package mailing, to constant menu printing for specialty events. read more

I had an "emergency" printing need for posters mounted on foam board for an event. They were able to get the job done in less than 24 hours. The work was beautifully done. Everyone was kind and understanding- went well beyond the call of duty. I will be sure to call them in the future! read more

It's odd to think a UPS Store would be awesome, but yes, the store is so awesome. They are so incredibly fast without a doubt. I mean, they have your package ready to go before you can even say hello not even kidding. read more

The is the best UPS store! Fast, friendly, and competent service at an affordable price. If you need a notary, printing, or shipping services they have you covered. read more

This was THE best experience I've ever had at a UPS store. First of all, it smells good in the store--random, I know, but it's definitely something I appreciated. The employee that assisted me was thorough, fast and efficient. Zero complaints. I have not had the greatest experience with the United States Postal Services lately so from now on, UPS will definitely be my go to. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but feel compelled to acknowledge what a fabulous job these guys do. I continue to get exceptional customer service with every interaction, without fail. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. This may be the best customer focused business I have run into at the beaches. read more

Excellent staff. This is our first choice for any shipping services. We even use for USPS

I hate these types of stores as I think that they are generally obsolete- BUT - this one is filled with super cool employees that make packaging and shipping your items relatively painless. In addition to that they offer practical print services like yard signs etc. Need a to borrow a computer for some on the go work? Come here and log in for a fee and Do Work! By in large though, I like this location because of its people- they add a little character to an otherwise mundane process. Thanks guys! read more

After an awful experience at flipping Fedex, I cancelled my Fedex ground and got better pricing and stellar customer service. I never use Fedex and was reminded very quickly why. The service was so terrible I bailed on a free provided label and paid for UPS ground out of pocket and could not be happier. When I went to UPS the guys could not have been cooler and even helped an out of towner with labels and packaging. Whereas at Fedex I received no support, broken machines, and an employee that just kept coughing with a mask hanging down below her chin not covering her mouth during a pandemic. Regardless of the situation, that's never ok. Thanks guys, I live in LA and the service is always the same; excellent at UPS, awful at freakin fedex. read more

I needed a rather complicated documented printed quickly. I stopped by FedEx office first and they told me that it would be a minimum 4 hour wait. So, I drove across the street to this UPS store. The employees were all fantastic. They made me feel like I was the only customer in the store and were able to juggle my needs with the other customers. They did an excellent job, quickly, and with friendly and outstanding service. read more

I use this store constantly for Amazon returns or shipping needs and literally every time I'm in there the staff and facility are amazing! I enjoy going in there and am in and out so quickly EVERY time. So glad this is my closest UPS location. read more

Have been using this store location for many years. Never a problem until 3/2022. Guaranteed overnight delivery to my diabetic niece, ie - very important deliver requirement. Clerk advised I ship it overnight delivery guaranteed for $151. Shipped on Friday, never made the departure truck, delivered Monday afternoon. When I called, received a bunch of lies about not knowing this that and the next thing. Then they CLAIMED they filed the report with Corp and a check is being delivered within 10 business days by the USPS. Irony to say the least. It's now been 3 months and no check. It's easy to say someone or a business is great when all goes well. The real service stars are the people and places that operate at a high ethical level when sh!t hits the fan. read more

Going to the ups store is never "fun" but if I have to go, I always go out of my way to go to this one. The employees are incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly and very hard working. I've been in there several times this year sending wedding related items and each time I notice they really know their regular customers. read more

The customer service is exceptional! I do a lot of online shopping and when I have to do a return, I just drop off the open box with the shipping label and they take care of the rest. I always leave a satisfied customer. read more

This is my first time using UPS as I usually go to USPS for my shipping needs. As I walked in I was welcomed and assisted promptly. Frank was amazing in answering all of my questions and even made some suggestions. I came back to ship my package and Dennis was very helpful too! I feel more confident to ship UPS now because of all the great assistance. Thank you Frank and Dennis! read more

This might be my first non-food review. I'd just like to say that the folks at this UPS store are always friendly, polite and fast, there's never a wait, and every single time I visit, I leave thinking "hey, I should leave those guys a nice word on Yelp". So, here it is. Way to go, UPS store guys. read more

We were visiting Florida in July 2019, and needed to send items back home - did not have room in our suitcases. We had one family member supervising the packaging of a fragile ceramic figurine. Had my daughter with me - she wanted her seashells packaged and sent as well. We also had 3 canvases with my daughter's paintings on them. The young men there instructed us to put everything into a box, don't worry about it, and they would put bubble wrap, etc into that box before mailing. Fine. We received the box - everything was in there as placed by myself, loose pieces of bubble wrap, and about 8 inches of empty space - the items were tumbling around in the box "as is." No effort whatsoever was made to package anything! My daughter's stickers were bent, half the seashells broken. The paintings were stuck to one another, and peeled off pieces when we tried to separate them. My daughter was very upset. The rest was fine - towels and t-shirts. The only item that was carefully wrapped, ceramic figurine, was intact. I should have wrapped them myself and just paid these guys to send it! I don't think they had any regard for the items or the job at hand. When we are back in the area, I know now not to trust them to prepackage anything. We have a UPS store here in a small town, upstate NY. They are very careful with items that are to be packaged, and quite attentive to details. You might have to pay for extra materials, but be assured that your items will arrive intact and in good shape. read more

These guys are amazing! The services they provide are so much more than shipping, mailbox and notary- - they have incredible printing and signage capabilities, and their "Can-Do" attitude is a life saver. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there -- maybe that's why they offer such great customer service. Looks like it's been a while since Cameron D. reviewed it (below) but the service and atmosphere continue to be top notch. Thank you! read more
