Do not have your PO Box here. It smells awful like garbage at night anyway. I am extremely irritated that after having my PO Box here for 2 plus years they did not give any discount but increased the box to almost $400/year! I went to a different location that was half the price. I kept my box an extra few months to make sure any mail would be caught. She specifically to my face told me that she would do this just in case there was any issue and that I was driving over an hour away to pick up my mail. So fast-forward a month later the same address has an issue this is a government document which is extremely important to get and I called to see if they had anything that they received so I can come by and pick it up before they send it back and they said there's nothing there they would've sent it back. So I'm just extremely disappointed with management That they didn't at least honor their word and either of the circumstances and hold it for a week! Or even let me know especially considering that I've been an easy-going client and that they increased it so much that I had to go somewhere else. So under no circumstances will I ever do business with this location again. They should've been giving a discount based upon the disgusting smell at night. I would never do business the way that they are I understand if they have a bunch of mail but they can have it circulated out within an amount of time because of the inconvenience and their inability to forward mail. I've only had good interactions at this store. My company uses UPS and since WFH I've had to use this store a lot, whether it's to drop off packages or ship products. Unlike the other reviews, my experience with the customer service has been great. For example I had two personal packages to ship and the guy at the counter recommended that I consolidate into one box vs shipping two packages because it would be cheaper, even with the cost of the box. We try to do this for my business as well so I know he's not trying to upsell me. With WFH I don't have access to a printer so I like that I can email to the store, whether it's a label or documents, and they can print it for me. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they're not DG certified. It would be really helpful for stores to be knowledgeable about batteries or alcohol in case people need to ship these. This store is the worst UPS store I have ever been in. Period. I asked for a personal mailbox and it was $120 for 3 months!! Seriously!!! There are places online that charge $9 per month. (which I did successfully online, BTW) When I asked about the overcharged pricing, he said. " We are a franchise, we get to charge what we want!!" Every time I come to do an Amazon return which requires no package nor label and just a QR code, these two men have some type of an issue with my return. Worst UPS Store EVER!! I made a purchase with Amazon Prime and the product did not work out so usually it is very easy to return. You just print the label, tape it on your box and drop it off at a UPS store. Well when I got here they has 2 workers and a man who seemed like the owner or to the least the manager. I was the next person to be helped in line. I imagined it would be a quick drop off but the 2 workers were constantly asking and interrupting the manager. The first annoying thing is when the manager guy helped some lady behind me before he helped me. She wanted to drop something off and print a receipt. Well I know that sounds quick but mine would have been quick too! MAKE HER WAIT. The second annoying thing was when he wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape. Wow!! This has NEVER happened to me at other UPS stores, FedEX, USPS, Staples, Office Depot. It's not about the money at all but the concept of the situation. I was annoyed and just bought a roll of tape ($5.99), cause at least I get to keep it for future uses. If it wasn't for Amazon telling me to go to a UPS, I would have walked my butt over to the FedEX across the parking lot too as other reviews suggested. The other annoying thing was while he was helping me, he kept yelling at his worker bees... asking if they charged their customer for the $1 tape... and if they remembered to charge the computer usage. I use this location regularly for shipping and returns. The majority of the staff is always very polite and efficient and the establishment is always clean. However, recently the "new girl" as she has been referred to by myself, boyfriend, and several neighbors, needs some guidance. She makes the simplest Amazon returns, impossible! There have been times where it clearly states the Amazon return shall not require a boxing or label because the UPS store is supposed to do it. We arrive with the unboxed item as stated clearly in the return details and QR code and she will not accept it. She tried to upsell us a bigger box. Note: THIS WAS A MUSIC VINYL IN THE ACTUAL MUSIC VINYL SHIPPING BOX IT CAME IN, ALREADY!!! THIS PROTECTIVE BOX ORIGINALLY CAME IN A BIGGER BOX, WE BROUGHT JUST THE ITEM IN THE PROTECTIVE SLEEVE!!!! No way in hell were we going to pay for a bigger box when the return request stated it did not need a box and we simply had it in the protective Vinyl cardboard sleeve to begin with. We left! [[HIGHLIGHT]]After two experiences of this, we reported it to Amazon and the rep stated she was flagging that UPS drop off account due to her being able to verify there have been numerous complaints in the same regard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At that time, despite the item in question for return being broken, we were told to keep it as she simply did not want us to waste more time dealing with the said individual once again at this location. I had boxed the return item of our courtesy and simply because after years of visiting this location, it is much easier to put the item back into the original box and return it fully packaged that way as opposed to walk in with handfuls of loose items you then have to sort out, back up the line for, and have no idea if they will be packaged and returned correctly. This is the first time anyone has ever unboxed my item, and tried to make me take back the original shipping box it came in, because.... why?!?!?!"
