Stopped in to get a document notarized, and glad that it was a smooth experience. There was only one employee working and it was a bit busy, but she kept things moving as quickly as she could. We came in on a whim, so I was glad to find out no appointment was needed. Just a heads up, you do need to have a valid ID for anyone signing, which is standard but good to know ahead of time. The notarization fee was $10, which felt reasonable. The whole process was quick and straightforward once it was our turn. We come to this store for ship and returns. It's convenient for us because it's nearby. It's a hit or miss for this location, the service it depends who's helping you. We ask a question about notary and the line, the lady who's working the front was rude and not polite at all. read more

Came to this store to ship a box had the QR code he said you got to send me the label via email sent the label he printed the label out and then wanted $4.12 to print the label I said you never said nothing about that he goes well it cost money to print I said $4 for one page I left and won't be back he ended up having to throw away the $4 printed page out in the trash read more

So... UPS as a corporation has its troubles right now. Everyone does. I have paid for things to be rush delivered a couple of times, that were delayed and delayed and delayed... and a couple that were lost. Sometimes that was a disaster. Enter: my hero Amy, from the UPS store. Who helped me track down a package that contained a homemade Christmas present for my awesome brother. One I had invested something like forty hours making, plus the cost of materials. Plus $150 to ship in time for Christmas. It had been delivered -- to the wrong address. My brother had to hunt it down in the snow... where it was sitting on a neighbor's porch in the cold, several miles away. Amy fought UPS corporate on this, for me. Said it was a misdirected package and no way should I be charged for it. She kept at it until they refunded every cent. And kept in touch with me through the whole process. Amy, thank you. I'll always bring my shipping here, because I know you'll make sure my packages are delivered. And the best part: the Christmas present was received, undamaged by the cold, and my brother loved it. read more

I had to return some AT&T equipment and I had been procrastinating a few weeks. But I had a great experience. I just walked in, gave them my equipment and my last name, and that was it. The whole trip took less than a minute. The staff person was super friendly. I didn't need any other services but I can imagine they'd all be just as quick and easy. read more

I put this store to the test by bringing in 11 large boxes (18"x18"x16"). I'm moving to Florida and shipping them was cheaper than a uHaul. I walked in, they let me borrow their dolly and I piled the boxes into the store. Luckily, only a few people came in while they were weighing my boxes, but of course I let them attend to others in between because I'm not a jerk. Anyway, I didn't catch her name, but employee #122473 helped me and she was SO nice, informative, and quick. It was so much less painful than I assumed it was going to be. I mean, I always go to this UPS store anyway because it's close to me, the people are always helpful, and they are so much nicer than the post office. The lady was so careful, gave me a packet of all my slips and tracking numbers, was talkative, and was like a lovable relative. UPS needs to give her a bonus or something. I frequent dropping off packages and go at least once a week. Even with the line that the store had, Amy always does her best to get things done as quick as she can. Recently she's had a broken foot and still works just as hard to get everybody through and even apologizes for a wait. Super awesome woman and super helpful place! read more

I've only use this store to ships things and to get stuff notarized. Having that all in one place is great and convenient. I have not had any issues with staff not being friendly or helpful. It is close to my house and they have not given me a reason to go elsewhere. They do have mail boxes available. read more

The service that was provided to us was unacceptable. The guy that was there today 10/09/21, didn't know what he was doing. We wanted next day/overnight delivery. He said that we couldnt use ups envelopes and that we had to use regular envelope as if we were sending it through regular mail. And thats not what we wanted, however he said that was the only way. (You can tell he hadn't been working there long either). On top of that he couldn't/didn't know how to do a regular return label and did it manually. To also include the prices were not aligning as well. When he handed us the labels they were all messed up. He is the one that messed up our labels. You can tell he started getting agitated and he didnt want to reprint and he was giving attitude. And through out the entire time we were polite. He then left us, and began to help other customers. And we said to him you're just going to leave us over here and not even try to even re-print the label and again he said no because there's nothing he can do and they'll except it. He then went on to say these people need my help too so I'm going to help them. Not only was he exhibiting racist behavior, the other white people that were in there let it happen. They to were also making side bar comments, as if we were inconveniencing them. This will be the last time I go to this place! I do not have time for racism and to include bad service!! read more

Horrible experience!!! Don't go they will rip you off! It was close to my house so I was planning to go there but I was sending a extremely small package that just had one bracelet! They wanted to charge me $13 for a package that was the size of an envelope!!! SMH ‍ I WILL NEVER COME BACK! read more

They charge me $2.27 to make one black-and-white copy. It was to print a prepaid label to return something to Amazon. they explained that there was a two dollar charge for me emailing them the document whether I had them do it or I did self service. I've experienced better, much better! Usually when I go, it takes forever for them to acknowledge you as a customer. There customer service and professionalism leaves much to be desired. Many times my items already have prepaid shipping labels through my job, and they act as if they are bothered to take my items. If you are looking for friendly, reliable and knowledgeable service its best to keep looking. I've been in Indy since Feb 09 and they have had a "Now Hiring" sign on the door this entire time. It's time to replace all the staff or take the sign down!! read more

I just left this location and was extremely impressed with the efficency with which the woman behind the counter handled the line of customers. She would have two people being helped at one time when possible and still managed to deal with the phone calls. I even commented about it to her - definately a valued employee! read more
