I went into the UPS store all flustered and stressed out, as I unexpectedly had to return something of importance to its supplier for repair. The employee working at the counter tonight, a young blond lady, completely took the stress out of the experience, and went out of her way to be helpful. They need to stop lying to their customers about the delivery date because I was told the exact date and time it was supposed to be here. It was supposed to be before 7:00 pm EST and it's past that. They can't deliver on time for shit. I need my orders on my days off from work so I can actually use them and not risk them being stolen off my porch while I work an 8 hour late-night shift. If you're gonna tell me a delivery date then make sure it's actually correct and don't fucking lie. Waste of time. Do Amazon, since they actually have a fucking support page while I can't even file a claim against UPS because they are too cowardly to let customers say what's really going on in their business. I have visited this UPS store many times over the years, and they have always been friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lines can get long, so there might be a 5 minute wait to drop off a package you want to ship. They rent mail boxes here for about $200 per year, and you can get a door code for 24/7 access to your box. Sell packing supplies, boxes, stamps, and get help you pack a certain item to ship if you need help. Their fees are very fair for shipping. You can also make copies here, and use their computer to print off documents if needed. The store always looks well kept and it seems to stay fairly busy. If you need shipping, this is a great place to go. read more

The UPS STORE by Kroger on Southport and Bluff. I felt I should identify the location because they are all over IndIndianapolis. This one in particular is very customer friendly. Whether your taking in Comcast equipment for return or sending something off of concern and want to make sure the partial is well cared this is the location to go to. Every time I've used this location & that's not that often there has always been somebody different take care of me. They are very thorough and make sure your every concern is met. read more

I went to this location and the woman who was processing the packages was vividly annoyed. My packages all had different digital return labels which of course is because they were from different orders. She then proceeded to sigh out loud. I've worked in customer service and I understand how days can be. Good customer service goes a long way. I won't be mad at her, but no matter the job you should always provide excellent service. I can usually rely on the UPS store on Emerson and Stop 11 but I was disappointed today. My father is elderly and he cannot get around too well so we created some Power of Attorney documents. I was very happy to hear that the UPS store had Notary services since the store was 5 minutes from the house. The closer we can got for my father the better. I made an appointment online for Notary services and when we got there at our appointed time, we were informed that there was not a notary there. If you are going to make me make an appointment for Notary services, then you should have a Notary there. read more

I went here to overnight a package for Saturday delivery. My package did not make it on Saturday and the store manager Jeremy was wonderful in getting me a refund. He was very thorough and explained the process. He even called me to follow up on the refund. I didn't have to call back. Great when you need to send something out. Conveienet hours and prices are reasonable. read more

So today I went in about 6:10 to get papers faxed but the lady in there was so rude I couldn't believe it. When Karen was in charge all these years nobody at the store had any attitudes.
