I talked to Gene via telephone and when given choices of small, medium and large mailboxes decided on the medium size. He said they would be out the next day to replace it. They did come out the next day and replaced the box, but when I drove past the house the same day noticed that the mailbox was not a medium size but a small. I had left them a check to cover a medium mailbox installation. I called Gene and he told me they replaced the box with the same size mailbox but never offered to refund the difference in cost. I requested the difference in cost to be refunded to me. Reluctantly he agreed to do that (just $5.00!) Today I had to stop at the rental for another reason and examined the mailbox more closely. The top of the box was covered with scratches and the door was slightly dented. I call Gene to tell him how unhappy I was with the service and he told me I didn't have to do business with him and hung up. I suspect an inferior box was used because the home was a rental and he did not think I would notice. Wow! This is clearly a dishonest business.

" I politely said "But I'm confused, I just called? They confirmed they'd be here until 7pm?" Your staff: "And I'M telling YOU there is no Notary on shift today" with the worst smart-@$$ voice and attitude - completely unnecessary. Even the woman behind us in line said she too had come for the Notary. She left with us angry agreeing that we needed Info but not the ridiculous attitude. Totally unprofessional. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this UPS for my needs. You need to talk to your staff about an attitude adjustment.

While I stood in a line of 5 people, the clerk could have announced that there was a self -scan station over at the west side of the store. I didn't notice it until a 6th customer entered the store and went there directly. There should also be clearer signage as to what bins to place your items in after scanning. Since I couldn't make out what went where I just left mine on the counter. The clerks seem to always be in a bad mood. These days I don't expect a warm welcoming smile when doing business in retail establishments, but some form of acknowledgement is appreciated. It goes a long way toward fostering good customer relations.
