I normally do not review large chain stores or restaurants, but my service at this Office Depot was so awesome that I made an exception. The store has a decent sized private lot and is relatively clean and organized. The staff there is awesome. I was there looking for a few items and one of the employees sought me out and guided me to each item I was looking for, while providing helpful suggestions along the way. The other employees were very upbeat and friendly. I had been here a few other times and had never been disappointed. This is where I even got my vax card laminated for free. This is a large chain, so their prices are what they are. As far as this store goes, the employees separate it from other similar establishments and I had a very pleasurable shopping experience. read more

When putting together an event I needed a journal for notes and reminders, so we headed to Office Depot to find something. They had a ton of options and I was pleased you could find anything from a loose leaf type notebook to a moleskin bound leather option. The prices are also competitive and give you many choices which is nice. We like this store for its return polices as well and loved the service we were shown at the cash register. It has a lot of paper goods and other office supplies, and we will be returning for our paper needs for sure. read more

I had a print order that Jackie (Store Manager) rushed for me. She was such a pleasure to work with and I had a great time getting to know her and the other staff while I waited. I highly recommend this store and the staff. They truly are an asset to the organization! read more

I ordered a desk and hutch, both in stocks and available. I received the desk with a 20 minute notice 4 days early. The hutch is now on 12+ day delay because it's on backorder. I have to call the assembly company after I receive it to schedule assembly, because they don't handle that. These clowns actually offered a coffee mug as compensation for my troubles. A coffee mug. Basically a ceramic middle finger. I will not trust this business ever again. read more

Awesome customer service! Brad and Jackie (store managers) went above and beyond helping me return my office desk that stopped working! Thank you so much! read more

I love having the back to school Special but if you are trying to return anything, let it be warned that their return policy is the worst! I put in a complaint a year ago with a misprint that was still up at the store yet the manager would not honor the misprint. Yesterday, I attempted to return packages of folders I no longer need and the employees wanted to offer me 1 cent for 10 folders. The packages were never on sale. It wasn't worth my frustration so I took the items back without the return. Just have your receipt because without it, you will not get any money for what you paid. I just truely think it can be handled way better..... Not a happy customer :(. Lesson learned! read more

I have regularly taken items to be printed here. The ladies that work in printing are the best.

Not the biggest selection for office furniture but Al was friendly and informative! You could tell he really cares about quality customer service! Even helped us carry stuff to the check out. read more

Nothing special at this location that makes it any better than most other office supply stores. Last time I visited, the store was almost empty of customers, and the employees were eager to assist. I didn't find what I was looking for (a specific file-folder), so I moved on. read more

I have consistently received poorer service at Office Depot and especially at this location as compared to brick-and-mortar and online competitors over the past 13 years. I placed an internet order yesterday and I selected the store pick up option. I went to the counter for internet order pickups and waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though associates saw me and were helping other customers who were not picking up internet orders first. This was even after I hit the "I'm here" button in the email instructing me to pick up my items. After 5-10 minutes, an associate asked me to move so she could push a cart behind me. I told her I had not been helped and was waiting to pick up an internet order. She stopped what she was doing to help me, which was much appreciated, but she did not offer me the opportunity to have my receipt emailed to me and did not apologize for my wait or lack of acknowledgement. I could have come into the store and picked up the items I ordered in the time it took me to wait at the counter to be acknowledged by staff. Again, the in-store experience I received here was frustrating and left much to be desired. read more

My husband and I always shop at Office Depot for PCs, Samsung tablets, custom print & copy jobs, business cards. We are very pleased with the excellent service we have received in all areas of this store. A great staff who know how to work with their customers! read more

Be careful if you're shopping for a not for profit. They want you to contact corporate to register for tax exempt service. The assistant said it would take up to 2 weeks. All other stores that I have shopped at go through the process right there at the store. I get that it's nothing the individual store or assistants can do. So, I paid for it out of my own pocket. I will not be going back. read more

I took my desktop to get a free check up and the tech was very helpful and worked on cleaning up my PC for about an hour. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a computer chair and some other items. (I was going to a competitor to buy the chair after I left there) I thought this computer was trash and was going to replace it. read more

I'm one of the lucky ones who happens to have two Office Depot to choose from. Both on Highway 31, south. One is in Southern Plaza Mall and the other one is in Greenwood across from Greenwood Mall. I have printing done there on a regular basis and the staff is wonderful to work with. I shop throughout the store while they are printing and clerks are as courteous and friendly as the printing staff. It is clean, easy to find what you are looking for and it's bright and inviting. I buy my printing supplies there as well and update my computer there too. Well, you can see I can't say enough nice things about them. They are great and are as busy as all of the other stores in the area. I'd be lost without them. Did, I mention the prices are great too!!!. I don't hit the Southern Plaza store as much, but the same goes for them. They are great and have been in this location for a long, long time. Thanks for letting me share my thoughts.
