I'm very thankful that this Staples is conveniently located close to where I live, especially since it's a drop off location for Shein returns. It makes the return process so much easier. The store is easy to get to and has its own parking lot with plenty of available parking. It wasn't very busy when I visited, which made the experience even more convenient. As soon as I walked in, I asked the employee who greeted me where I needed to go for a Shein return, and she kindly directed me to the print center. The employee working there was friendly and helpful. My return was processed quickly and smoothly without any issues. I left feeling very satisfied. I definitely appreciate having such a convenient and efficient location nearby for my Shein returns. read more

I have been coming to the Staples for probably 15 to 20 years. It is located near a lot of retail on the southside. It has so much to offer, lots of options for office supplies, as well as furniture and storage items. It also offers a computer fix-it shop, a, print and copy shop (which I have used probably the most) and a self serve copy/print area. They have tons of options and lots of things you can't find anywhere other than this type of store, and their prices are as good as anybody's that I have found. Maybe a little bit more expensive than a Walmart, but certainly many more options for items. The staff is always very friendly, especially at the print copy shop where they have to work through many different types of challenges. But they are always friendly and typically get the job done very quickly. Many times while you wait, sometimes for bigger projects, you have to come back a day later or so. read more

Great place. Love this store. I get all my artwork printed into small posters here. They do a great job at it. Much better than Fedex or any other print shop. High Quality. Friendly people. Great store. read more

Love this Staples. The staff is great. You can return items to Amazon/post/UPS here and they give you a discount to use on items you would need anyways. read more

A Staples is a Staples... but this Staples has some friendly employees! I walked in about 10:30am on a Sunday to talk to the printing area people. I was greeted immediately by a cashier. Then I walked a few steps inside and was greeted by a smiling man who asked if he could help me with anything. (He had a very nice, welcoming smile, by the way.) I ended up at the printing area where Jasmine was working. She was very personable and I felt how kind and friendly she is as I watched her work with the man in line in front of me. When it was my turn, she took my questions in stride. I needed info on paper weight for a project I'm working on. She answered my questions very knowledgeably and with a smile. She gave me a sample sheet when I asked if I could buy one so I could experiment at home and see if it's the right weight for what I need. Jasmine also thanked me for waiting patiently while she helped the other man. Say what you want about Staples' pricing and the future of box stores like this. I just want to make it known that the people working at this location today were so attentive and wonderful. That's worth giving them a chance in my opinion. read more

I walked into staples on Sunday with a print project. They said it was too complicated to handle in person and to send my documents over email and they would have it finished the next day or two. I sent in the documents Monday, called to check on Tuesday and they hadn't checked their email. They said they would start on the project and I asked if I could pick it up Friday. They said absolutely! I called Friday morning and they had no idea what I was talking about. They then proceeded to tell me my project was too complicated and they couldn't do it. Why didn't they just tell me this from the beginning ? It completely wasted my time and I could have spent the week figuring out how to get this project done. Terrible customer service. I don't care how complicated it is and I don't need an explanation. Either you will do it or you won't and we both move on. Just don't go there unless you literally need to print basic regular pieces of paper I guess???? read more

Needed 8 quick drink menus printed in 5x7. Last week I was able to email the associate who quickly printed everything out for me. Easy Peezy. Today I went and the (print manager?bigger guy) told me I had to download a app and then they would plug a flash drive into my phone for the photo. Nope! You are not plugging squat into my phone. And also download a app? I told the manager just last week I emailed the photo to the associate. The manager(?) then got very upset and demanded I told him who the worker was that did this. In fact, demanded the workers name a second time after I told him I didn't know. What happened to the EASY BUTTON? My other option was to use the self serve printer and buy card stock, but the self serve does not allow for resizing. You lost my business for good! read more

Ok this is pretty much a run-of-the-mill Staples Store. I have gone here many times over the last few years and while the employees don't really come up to you and see if you need help, they are fairly polite if you go up to them. Unfortunately, like pretty much the entire population, I find myself going here less and less as is evidenced by the dwindling crowds. Bricks and mortar stores are really having a tough time with all of the convenience and cost savings of Online ordering. One nice thing is that if I need something right away, I can usually locate it online, verify that this store has it and go pick it up. Even Amazon's 2 day delivery can't compete with that. One last note, this store is usually kept quite clean and well stocked. Again, if you don't want to waste a trip, check what you need Online and verify if it is in stock at the particular store you are going to. Yelp #66 03.13.17 read more

Do not go here!! The major reasons are these: 1)their printing is way behind the times; 2)their pricing is exorbitant. It is 2019!! Get with it when it comes to printing standards. Wow!! read more

First off, all of these office box stores are all about the same in terms of products offered. They have paper, pens, computers, and printers. What makes me ticked off at Staples is their horrible return policy. They give you two weeks to return technology purchases. What is a technology purchase you ask? Anything that has to do with electricity! I bought a computer power adapter in Ottawa,Canada at a Staples. It didn't work so by the time I actually had time to get to this local Staples to return it, they said it was already past the two week return date. So basically I bought a $60.99 item that didn't work and they won't take it back. Don't buy from this Staples.....or any Staples. Buy from Amazon or some other store that actually cares about their customers! read more

I walked all over the store looking for the milk, bread, and eggs before someone told me they didn't sell those kind of staples. (rimshot) The service is good and the selection is decent but the prices can be kind of high. We bought a couple of desks here a few years ago and recently went in looking to buy another but they no longer carry that model. Bummer. read more

I hadn't been to this Staples for about a year because of some problems that I had with an order. Used another store about 6 miles away (This Staples is only 2 miles away) anyway they disappointed me again. Hate to see them go, but its just a matter of time before they join Kmart and other retailers. read more

I went to the Staples on Southport road on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 for a battery for a laptop computer. I had all the numbers off the battery itself but was told by the tech he couldn't find anything close to any of my numbers (?) and that his computer was running really slow but he found my information on my computer from a previous time I had them work on it, but still no idea how to get me a battery and maybe I could bring the battery in so they could order me a new one . On Friday , March 27, 2015 at noon I took the battery back into Staples. Low and behold they still had no idea how to match up a new battery with my original battery in his hand. the tech finally told me I should go to Best Buy they are better than Staples. (wow ???). I did eventually get a new battery that day but Best Buy said it would take 30 days to get a battery sent to them. (?) I ended up going to batteries Plus on County Line Road across from the Greenwood Mall. They had it in stock and cheaper than Staples and Best Buy. I will never go back into am Staples store again !!! the techs there have no idea what is going on. I rate them 1/2 of a star just because they are close to my house !! read more
