I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts).
