These guys are great. A couple of weeks ago my computer couldn't be updated due to so much system storage. Overnight they removed everything and reinstalled the system features that came with the computer. And updated the operating system. Then today I thought I had downloaded a virus! Ugh! Ran over there with the lap top still open and they took care of it. Did it right then or no charge. (BTW, this isn't the first time they have fixed something w/o a charge.) read more

The people are very nice I took a tablet in they said it would be done in two to three business days dropped off on a Wednesday right after the store opened called on the following Monday . To check on it they didn't tell me they didn't do those repairs local it traveled down to Bloomington and was there a week it took me calling that sore and checking to get it done and back. Then I had got a lame excuse of a bad port so had to reorder a new one yeah ok don't believe that for a minute not the first bad review for that location. They did stand by the quoted price I will give them that. This is a beware your product will take a while unless it's a simple issue. read more

Just went in to get my charging port cleaned. Went back to charge it 30mins later and now it won't charge at all. I have tried multiple plugs, and chargers. I do not recommend them. read more

Super great service...was recommended by a friend. Chromebook just randomly stopped working...never had any problems...turned out to be the motherboard. They couldn't fix it without replacing that part so didn't charge me anything. Very professional. I could have had them order a new motherboard but around Black Friday it was just better to get a new Chromebook due to the cost. I'd definitely go back again. read more

I was ripped off by this same company on Keystone Avenue. They threw away my remote control for my massage chair, rendering it useless. They keep giving me the run around and telling me the mysterious owner of this company will reach out to me. But it's been over a year my massage chair has been useless. I will be suing this company. Buyer beware! Con artists. They tell me they'll call and they never do. Took in my iPhone SE 2020 to get new glass put in for $110. The website claims they will diagnose and insure the phone works properly when this is done. I got attitude from the guy at the counter, I think his name was Kevin. I get my phone back and the proximity sensor is not working. After investigating I find out it could not be lined up properly if a new glass is installed. I called them right away to have it looked at and I was told it needs a new sensor. This is without even considering the guy didn't line it up properly. I was then told it would be $79 to replace it. It's been 3 weeks now and to make matters worse, my phone fell off my bed 16" onto the wood floor and the new screen cracked. The phone is in an otterbox case and should not have broke. Its junk glass. I'm am now taking my phone elsewhere and pay another $100 and have it done correctly. I will never recommend this place again. read more

This place is amazing! I had been told by two Verizon stores, the Apple Store at Keystone at the Crossing and another cell phone repair shop that my iPhone 6S had hardware problems and could not be fixed and would need to be replaced for $600+. The phone was not reading the SIM card and all I could get on the phone was the Apple logo. In desperation, I stopped at iMechanic on Stop 11 at US 31 and left my phone with them. About an hour later, it was totally fixed. Since it "only a software issue" their charge was ONLY TWENTY DOLLARS!!!! They also noticed that my screen protector was a little crooked and replaced it at no cost! They are the real deal and I just can't recommend them highly enough. They are friendly, prompt and honest. They do amazing work at incredibly low prices. Do not take your phone, tablet or laptop anywhere else for repairs. read more
