After 10 minutes and a push start, I went from gas station in Greenwood to this place. They stock many Duracell motorcycle batteries. I was out the door for $110 after tax & they also deal with the core. Used their sockets to change my battery and off I went! Even though this place is about a half an hour from our home, it is worth the drive to find those hard to find batteries that are sometimes difficult to replace yourself. And when you need a specialty bulb, they are a good place to stop too! Over the years, we have picked up batteries that have been for a wide variety of devices. On our most recent trip, my wife wanted to replace a watch battery and wasn't sure of the type she needed. She also didn't want to risk scratching the back to open it. So she brought it here and let them do it. She had an option: Either simply buy a battery or, for a roughly 50% mark up, get a lifetime replacement battery. They put a small insert into the back of the watch to let them know you've purchased the lifetime option and so you don't have to remember to bring in paperwork as proof the next time. Nice option if you love your watch and plan on keeping it for a long time (no pun intended). The guys who work here are customer oriented and though you may have a bit of a wait, they are trying to make sure each customer is satisfied before moving onto the next one. I just wanted to send a note to your team expressing the gratitude my father and I had for your team. Marcello and his associate (Eno?) were working on Monday Night around 6pm when we needed some help. We are from KC and I was in town on business when we bought a new Power Wheels for my son. The truck needed a special battery to ensure that it would be running when we got back to KC the next day and these guys went above and beyond. They had us bring the truck in the store due to the snow and then proceeded to help get the old battery out, (Someone glued the terminals in place) and then get the new battery back and installed along with new batteries for the remote control. I will tell you that without tools and their knowledge we would have been at it a while and he definitely would not have gotten to ride when we got home on Tuesday. Received note to call manager-Mike. I contacted him and discussed issue. He asked which clerk was not wearing mask. I told him who it was and mentioned his store cameras should show which clerk was not wearing mask. His answer was "it is what it is and he would not force his employees or customers to wear a mask". Maybe he felt I was a complainer but I was not trying to get something for free. Just trying to be safe during these times. As I mentioned one other customer walked out, I am sure more will when they are aware employees are not required to wear masks. Too many other options to purchase product without jeopardizing your health as well as your family. read more

I usually love this place, good service, friendly and fast. Until August 12, 2020. My dad needed batteries replaced in two watches. We arrived at 6:50 pm. I told the young man we needed two batteries replaced in my dad's watches, he said "well it will depend on the watches". My dad handed them to him and he quickly put one down and said "I can't do this one", I asked why and was told " I don't have to tell you that". I was stunned to say the least. I asked again, why and was again told he didn't have to tell me that. I said "I understand you can't do replace it, I just want to know why? He said "because the face is too thin". I then said "that is all you needed to say, you didn't have to get nasty". He went on a rampage then.....how I came in with an attitude, demanded he give me an answer, all of which was very far from the truth. The more I thought about it I wanted to talk to a manager the next day and asked him for his name, he would not give it to me. I asked him twice and nothing. When we were leaving I said to him "I hope you have a better day tomorrow". His response "PLEASE DON'T COME BACK, I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO COME BACK!!!!! Well guess what? I won't and have told everyone I know of my experience. The sad part is I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have at least 6 watches with their life time guarantee battery replacement. I have never in my life be treated like that in a retail store nor ever asked not to come back. I could not believe it and my dad was stunned at his behavior, asking me "what is wrong with him"? I called the store the next day and talked to Mike, although he did listen and said he would have a "sit down" with him I was still dissatisfied with my service. I gave Mike my phone number asked that his manager call me. I have not received one phone call yet. I called back on the 19th, talked to Mike AGAIN and still nothing. I went to this place to get my phone screen fixed(first visit). They said it will take an hour. I went back after an hour just to find out all of their screens were no good (second visit). They told me they could have one in the next day. The next day I went back (third visit). Got my phone fixed and payed for the tempered glass protector. There was a air bubble all the way around the out side. They claimed it would go away after a day or two. Two weeks later- I had to take it back because the tempered glass still had the air bubble. They told me if it does it again bring it back. So I did three times. (Fourth , fifth and sixth visit) On the sixth visit they gave me a refund and took the protector off. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Totally my fault. When I went to pick it up my screen popped off. Come to find out the screws that hold the screen in was never put back in. So I took it back to them. ( seventh visit) they could only find one screw. They have to order the other one. That will be 8 visits. I live 10 miles from this place. I'm not very satisfied with this place. Hope you have better luck because this place is a disaster. read more

Came across this store when I was seeking out a place to recycle my collection of old batteries I was hording way in a old pickle jar in my kitchen. I thought surely someplace takes these things and being the environmentally conscious person that I am I sought it out and ending up finding and unlikely little treasure...a battery store. Which sounds kinda lame, but think about....batteries for all those things in your home that at some point breaks or runs out of juice and leaves you hanging. I plan on returning with my digital camera -we lost the charger and now have a dead battery which equals a dead camera and being the kind that doesn't take the generic double A's this would be the store for me to find a new one! This is a great place to get a car battery, as well as any other battery needs you may have. I also bought a value pack or two of some smaller household batteries at a decent price. The guys who work there are super friendly and helpful. They put my new car battery in quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive to anywhere else you might go. I'd give a zero if I could. I don't think the staff there even replaced battery. My passcode was still activated and when I asked how they could possibly work on this without passcode they said I would have to call Apple for explanation. Clearly I was not happy with this response and mike told me he'd call police if I didn't leave his store. DO NOT go to this store. Ryan who was running register couldn't answer this question. Said he'd never laid eyes on my iPad but two days ago he was checking status (after a week wait) and couldn't seem to 'find' my order. Then asked if my device had a picture of my dog on screen. If he never laid eyes on my device, how did he know it was mine? Rude terrible service. I'm beyond words to say how awful this store is. One excuse after another. I was patient with them due to mike's sob story that he was only repair person on staff. Then to be treated like this when asking simple question. New battery (if one was really installed) at 73% and when I asked about that I was told that new batteries aren't fully charged. WtF??? If I can help someone else With this review I'll be happy. Recently came here to get my iPhone's rear camera replaced since it would no longer focus correctly. I came in on Memorial Day and thankfully it was open! Anyways, I was greeted and assured that they had the part available and could get it done in about an hour and a half. After leaving and coming back later 1.5 hours later to pick it up, I was pleased that it was done on time and ready to go! Most importantly, the camera actually works! Go in for hearing aid batteries and they're trying to sell you double a batteries and light bulbs and camera batteries and cell phone chargers and... And... And... Probably will only return to this store if they are the only ones that have what I need. Also, their parking lot is not set up very well. It's not easy to get into or out of. I dropped my iPhone, and the screen cracked. I had seen ads for this business on TV so I made an appointment. Not only was my technician really knowledgeable, but he only needed a half hour to fix the phone. Unfortunately I ran into some problems that the store could have said were unrelated, but instead when the technician heard I had called to ask for help he called me directly. A quick stop by and a half hour later, my phone was perfect again. My technician went above and beyond what I expected and it didn't cost me an extra dime. I won't go anywhere else than here again! I had my iPhone 6s screen replaced at this store. At first I thought their service seemed good. About a week and half later my screen cracked again It cracked by the bottom button near the lightning port. I took it back to the store the said I must have done something to it and they would not help me in any way. I decided to get it fixed by a different company They showed me why the screen cracked One of the small screws that holds the lightning port was missing. Well it had fallen under my screen. This is why the screen cracked by applying little force onto the screen Poor workmanship and they don't own up to their faults Don't trust this store I wanted to add a couple more comments after talking to the manager 1: I repeated my story. He proceeded to tell me that my explanation doesn't prove it was there fault. 2 appearntly the lighten screws can not just back out but can back out behind the screens by dropping a phone. 3: he proceeded to tell me that there associates followed their protocols. And if he had seen the phone he would have given a big discount. I recommend that you change your procedures to have the associate tell the customer that the manager may be able to do something for you if he sees it Little to late to offer a big discount after the situation is resolved by a different company 4: the manager never apologized and repeated that they did nothing wrong. An apology would have made feel a little better or even some compensation but instead his attitude is no hard feelings and hope you will come back to us for any further needs.
