I came around 4pm on a Wednesday and there was no line. The guy at the counter did tell me he had a backlog of jobs and it would take up to 2 hours to get to mine, but I had planned to drop it off and pick it up anyway. Quality: There was definitely some miscommunication here. I asked for the book to be unbound and 3 hole punched. He said they did not have a 3 hole puncher. I said just unbinding it was fine and I'd hole punch it myself. I was planning to put it i to a binder so I could insert notes inbetween pages. When I picked up my book, it was unbound but placed in one of those multi ringed spirals. NOT what I wanted at all -- just leaving it without all those holes would've been preferred so that I could just hole punch it myself, but now there are multiple holes for the spiral. When I asked if it could be removed easily, he seemed reluctant and pulled out a pair of scissors. I should have asked for a refund because the spiral binding itself cost $4, and it ruined my $40 book because I still need to remove the spiral so I can insert notes, but now am not sure if I should 3 hole punch it or not since it might destroy the integrity of the paper margin. :( I'm pretty bummed about the situation, and wish the guy could have just called the number I left on the order paper to clarify what I wanted.

It was completely mobbed so looked up the nearest packaging store and landed here. This place is jam packed with all kinds of things for sale, a wall of PO boxes, and behind the counter were mounds of packages to be picked up by UPS and the USPS. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and took care of me right away. What a relief compared to my visit to the post office! I don't know if there's an upcharge to send through this place, but I imagine so. Nonetheless, it was worth it not to have to stand in a huge line at the RTP PO! My package is on it's way to my friend with plenty of time to spare.

I was only a week out from my own wedding overseas when I realized my passport was expired, when I…read morewas sure it was not. After months and months of planning, reservations, research, spending, and family and friends booking flights and lodging... I was about to be absolutely crushed with shame and embarrassment at being unable to attend my own wedding. I still don't completely understand how I missed such a basic requirement, thinking my passport was valid for the better part of a year! I rushed online to research some kind of solution, believing I was simply f-ed, and Legal Passport was an option. I contacted them and worked with Paul, and the same day he had me on track to put my documentation and authorizations together, ship overnight to his courier team, an appointment at the regional agency for an urgent passport (I do not live in a state with an agency and would have had to flown to one, assuming I could get an appointment). I found out this disaster was the case on Saturday, had the documents with Paul's team on Monday evening, the passport processed completely by the government by Tues evening, and the passport in my hand on Friday with 5 days to spare. Really incredible. I have read reviews that Paul is rude or otherwise unprofessional. This was not my experience. He can be sharp, but it is because he wants perfect execution of what you need to put together and send so that there are no hiccups and you receive your passport. Every hang-up will be a delay and reduce your chances. He is not a magician - the government can simply take a long time or have an issue with something minor that you missed. He was extremely responsive to me on call and email and took sometimes 8 calls from me in a day. I also imagine he is dealing with a ton of very stressed people looking for an instant fix to an issue. Paul and his team helped me avoid what would have been an absolute catastrophe both financially, emotionally, familial-y. Thank you so much to you and your team. I highly recommend Legal Passport.

I have a hard time imagining USPS picks packages form this place but will not allow them to print the label in a receipt to indicate they accepted the package or to weigh and measure package to ensure the postage is correct. Also the lady has tone and body language that indicates she didn't want to be helpful.

I realized I forgot to take off a piece of the component from the equipment I was trying to return, so I had to cut open the sealed box and then reseal it. I asked the store clerk if they have a tape gun I can use and she actually helped me to tape up the box. I was fully expected to be told to buy a small roll of the tape hanging on the wall since that is how the USPS clerk handled my previous request. This far exceeded my expectation of the level of service.

The store offers monthly billing for those with accounts. I've even gone in by mistake without my wallet, and they've trusted me for the payment.
