I just went to this store to drop off a bunch of Amazon returns. Upon entering there was a long line, 7 customers in front of me. But it moved quickly and as a few people left I noticed there was only one employee! But he was working all 3 registers to help get people in and out. He was smiling and friendly to every single person. I told him how awesome he was to be so upbeat on a very busy day. I was in there less than 3-4 minutes. It was amazing! This man deserves some extra praise and hopefully a bonus! Several of the other patrons noticed and commented on how great his service was. Do not go to this place ! I went there to deposit a package with clothes and shoes for my wife. I wraped the package with the person at the front desk. She printed and put the label on the package and I left the UPS office. Since, the UPS tracking indicates that UPS didn't receive my package. I called several times the office manager and I never had support to find the package back. This is lost and I don't understand how it could happen. On the top of that, the person put a value of 100$ by default and now UPS doesn't want to give my money back. I really suspect that the package was stolen. read more

I'm sad to say, but this place has gone downhill of late. The store manager does not have a can-do attitude, and shows no interest whatsoever in creative problem-solving when hard questions come up. In two recent encounters I really felt like she didn't care. She also quoted me a prohibitive $180 on a bulky package to be returned for repairs, when the manufacturer was able to do a return label on the same package for just over $40. read more

I went to the old location off of bypass lane and there was a sign saying they had moved as the store gets a remodel. The new address indicated the Galleria on Elliott road. It's actually right beside Phydeaux, a little hard to see as there is a column in front of the door and there is not a lot of large sinage to direct you. But other than that great experience, plenty of parking and enough staff working to help with more than one customer. I was in an out in less than 5 minutes and Christie was super helpful and polite. read more

Came by to send a package. They were professional and courteous. They printed up a label for me and all that. I've also shredded some stuff here, they were good for that too. The store can also be accessed from Ephesus Church Road via the AAI Benefits Group parking lot. It's close to the Ephesus Church/Legion Road intersection. I'd normally give them 3 stars since it was normal work done politely, but the guy working asked me if I had AAA for a discounted rate. That's pretty cool, the guy was trying to save me money. Always a +1 in my book. read more

I went to drop off a package and needed to print shipping label. They were going to change me $2.00 to print a piece of paper. I would think in the interest of great customer service they would happily do this for me, but not the ups store. They charge for tape, paper and other supplies that are just part of doing business. Terrible experience and they lost a customer for life. I won't be back. read more

Good customer service and the staff is always super friendly and willing to help. UPS is my favorite carrier because if I come to them confused they don't make me feel bad and are always willing to help. They helped me wrap my box and negate the old postage on the shipment! read more

I dropped off some electronics I wasn't using anymore with a pre-printed shipping label for Amazon Trade-in. I didn't have any packaging materials at home, but that wasn't an issue because the UPS store was able to pack and ship everything to Amazon for me. Well, once Amazon received my stuff and evaluated it they informed me that they did not receive the electrical cable for the Blu-ray player that they quoted me a $50 trade-in value on. It was most definitely dropped off at the store, along with everything else that did make it to Amazon (which they did give me the trade-in value for because I take good care of my stuff and it was all in good condition). I've called the store twice to ask if the cable was anywhere to be found in the store, and both times the person that answered the phone (different people) said they would have a manager call me back and they took my name and number. It's been a couple of weeks and I have not received any calls (no missed calls on caller ID, or voicemails) from the UPS store. Now my Blu-ray player that I received back (sans power cable) is worthless and will be going to the electronics recycle center instead of getting me the $50 from Amazon that it should have. I most definitely will not be using this location again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else based on my experience either. read more

This is the friendliest UPS outpost I've ever been to. No matter what you have to do or what missing piece you forgot, the staff at store 3361 are there to help and they never make you feel like a nuisance. I go in with five boxes that need taping and labelling, plus three international documents needed to be put in envelopes and addressed, plus a major international shipment that needed to be rushed. The manager even notarized a shipping document. Not to mention spent twenty minutes on the phone with DHL customer service on our behalf. I go here even though it's out of my way. Well worth it in the age where customer service is all but dead! Human beings treating you with respect, like human beings should! UPS should reward this crew for being head and shoulders better than in any other store! read more

This location is hard to find- Basically you just turn onto Ephesus Church Road and then turn into the parking lot area for the Bowen Learning Center/ the apartments/townhomes and follow the drive aisle to the back of the building. The building the UPS store is housed in is located directly beside/behind the Chapel Hill University Inn and TIMEOUT. I walked right in with a pre-printed amazon return box and was out in about 3 minutes. Worked out perfect. read more

UPS is the absolute worst shipping company! I paid for 2 day air on a package, got confirmation emails that it would be on time and the day of delivery get an email stating it would be another 3 days. When I call to inquire I'm told that the high volume for the holidays is to blame, meanwhile the tracking info shows the package sat in their facility for 2 days. Now my math says it's impossible to ship a package in 2 days when it sits in a warehouse for 2 days, no matter what holiday it is. If you can't meet the obligations then you shouldn't sell the option! $50 dollars in shipping for 2 day air and it's going to arrive the same time as a $7 ground package. read more

Me and my husband drove up and the store had just closed for the holidays but she saw us outside, let us in and helped us get our packages out in time! This is without a doubt the best UPS store I have ever dealt with. I have used this store frequently over the past year and a half and they are always pleasant and display the highest level of professionalism at all times. They are especially patient and helpful with me when I am confused about what to do. I had a major job done this past week involving printing, assembling, and comb-binding several 9 X 6 inch books, 170 pages in length with color photos. The workmanship was simply outstanding and the final product looked like it came directly from a publishing company. I recommend them without hesitation. read more

Longtime customer. Tremendous customer service, even when busy during the holiday rush. Associates are extremely helpful, whether it be business services like copying that you need help with or packing an extremely delicate/unique item for shipment. We needed to have brochures done for our church function and they came out well. Not only did the staff help us with design tips, they folded them and the finished product was so neat and professional. The location is hard to find but once you find it, you will never forget. The customer service is amazing. The ladies really interact with us, so much so, it seems like a friendly visit over have a job that needs to be done. Best store yet! read more
