I sell on ebay and print my labels at home. Last week I went to the hwy 4 The UPS Store to drop off a box and they made me stand in line 20 minutes just to drop it off. I stood with the label on my large box facing the desk so they could see why I was there and nope, they weren't going to help. This week I had another similar UPS box to ship but took it to Postal Annex on Balfour instead. There were two people in line ahead of me but the lady behind the counter came to me, scanned my label and gave me a receipt. I was in and out of the store in literally less than 2 minutes. I can't really think of a good reason to go back and stand in line for 20 minutes again. If they don't care I don't care. read more

The lines can be long and the owner is chatting it up with some customers while the rest of us wait! I have had to wait in long lines while the pace is like a snail and then find out I've been oversold to ship a small box for almost $30. We are going to look for another store. read more

My husband has used this location against my advice .We have had the so called "owner"as a notary do some Proof of Life forms for another country.Three times we paid and three times the other country refused!!!This has been a nightmare.When I went back he the"owner"said he was doing it correctly.This fool thinks he knows it all!I took it to another notary and it was done correctly and accepted by the other country finally.Due to all the refusals we still do not have the pension money,as it had been sent to Sicily as paper work incorrect.Now that it was properly Done we must fight yet another bureaucracy. read more

"well, it would be more secure in a box". When I said no thank you, he started slamming around, grabbed the tape gun, slammed it on the box and said, "there, you happy"? If you don't like helping people, please don't work with people. There may be a better job for you somewhere in a dark corner of a warehouse where you don't have to be polite!!!!! I had to drop off an Amazon return. The lady and gentleman was very helpful. They had two other customers in front of me and a lady getting help with printed copies. So I observed them for a few minutes and they were polite helpful and kind. When it was my turn the lady took my package and printed out a receipt for me and I was out the door. Haven't had any problems with this location. I have returned a lot of packages to Amazon with no issue at all, no muss or fuss. I've also used their lives an for pre-employment screening and they did not seemed irked about my questions (easy walk in to get stuff done but have to take in account of the day of week or hours). The pricing for the mailbox is on a higher end compared to the surrounding area but you would need to consider the location and security it provides for package delivery etc. read more

Yesterday I witnessed the owner snatch tape dispenser from customer and slam it on the counter, reach into drawer for proper shipping label and slam it on customer package while the customer asked "did I do something wrong?!" Today I returned to be subject to the comparatively dismal customer service. Everyone has off days but some people are not meant to be in customer service. This man should not be working anywhere face to face with people. If you don't mind being treated like a 2 year old and disrespected buy the owner give it a try. I will choose to seek services elsewhere. I hope you do as well. read more
