The cashier Heather, was very rude, passive aggressive and lacked great customer service. We came in to return two large Amazon packages, one of which didn't come with label, we were unaware of. She however, started the whole interaction very rudely. She asked if we had 2 labels, we said no, then she was like "well you're supposed to have two, are you just shipping one today?" Mind you we only showed her what Amazon provided. She didn't provide any solutions but we basically had to talk her into helping us figure out what to do, especially knowing that Amazon customer service isn't the easiest to access. Overall, I feel like she has an attitude problem and she's too matter of fact, which is not helpful if you don't know what you are doing and need guidance. read more

I walked up to who is supposedly the manager of this location, Tiffany, who was at the counter register @2pm, to simply get an Amazon return delivery scanned. She looked right at me holding the box, said nothing, and continued to do whatever she was doing. Another customer walked in after me, and they walked right up to the very nice customer service associate who was at the register right beside her. I asked Tiffany if she was open, and she said, "No," and mumbled something under her breath, but I couldn't tell what she said since she had a mask on. I told her that she could have told me that she was closed as she saw me just standing there waiting, and that that was very rude. She said nothing. It was the worst customer service I have ever received at any UPS store. Keeping that in mind, I will never return to this location. The only reason that I am giving it 2 stars instead of one is because the other sales associate who ended up checking me out was so very helpful and kind. Tiffany should not be a manager, as she seems to hold absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Plus, she projects a very bad attitude for this store. read more

I have had my PO Box here for well over 10 years now and within the passed 6 months IF my package isn't delivered via UPS or FedEx the staff can't seem to handle receiving that mail and magically my order - that shows delivered by the seller - vanishes into thin air. It's absolutely unacceptable the lack of regard to do one's job correctly is completely out the door and your packages that you have paid for mean nothing to them. Absolutely awful customer service! There should be an option to rate NO stars because this is what you will be dealing with going into this store much less opening a PO Box with them. read more

I mailed a poster here, 11/30/24. Package was 24 inches by 6 by4. Weight under 1 pound. Dallas to Philadelphia. Ground, no rush, cheapest way possible. Charged $ 49.73. Included a handling charge of $ 35, which they said was in case it was in the country and hard to find. The address was in the middle of the city. Paying $49.73 to send a poster from city to city within the US is insane. Fee was verified by UPS Corporate. Use the US Postal Service instead. read more

This is the worst UPS I have ever visited. I've lived on the West Coast, East Coast, Texas, and Florida. The manager is a rude, arrogant idiot. I have a management consulting firm. Some of my clients are Fortune 500 companies. They send me large checks. This is why I leased a mailbox at the UPS store at Preston and Beltline in the first place. The first check that was mailed to me by a client was returned to Post Office by this UPS store as undeliverable even I had been leasing a mailbox at this UPS for over 4 months. When I told the store manager that I was receiving large checks from Fortune 500 companies, the manager didn't even know what a Fortune 500 was. The store manager was rude and unprofessional when I complained about my being refused delivery by her store. She even refused to give me her name. All the employees at this location are arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Then I got an email that said my prepaid leased UPS mailbox was being canceled with no explanation. Dealing with the manager and employees was a nightmare. The UPS store at Midway and Beltline Is a thousand times better than the horrible store at Preston and Beltline. The entire staff at the Preston Beltline UPS store should be fired immediately. Some jerk named Kyree started threatening me. read more

I visited this store on sunday to get some documents printed and then for notary. The guy who helped us seemed not at all interested to work as when I asked him to get the copies of my documents he showed me how to take xerox by myself and thats fine, but when we asked for printing he said it would take forever and got them after 10 minutes approx. He did the notary and didn't even write the proper name of mine. Redid this yesterday as I noticed it later. And then I visited the same store again on tuesday to get more prints, and there is a different guy who helped us today and very quickly with no hassles. But when we entered the store on tuesday evening, the lady who is working there, was screaming or telling the previous guy like they're back, they're back. What did we do to show this behavior to us? This UPS store is not the closest to my place, but I stay with them because their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I try to pick up my packages as soon as they come in, but a couple of years ago I received a package when I was on an extended trip out of state, and I called the store and explained the situation and they held it for me. Also, when I've received big packages that I'd have trouble getting into my car by myself, they've helped me with those. So I stay with them, and I love this store, and recommend it highly! read more

Came here to return some items back to Amazon. The lady who helped me this morning was patient and helpful! I didn't have my labels but they were able to print the labels there for Amazon user. I had all my items in two different boxes and all I needed to do was organize the items to the right location and from there the lady that helped me taped it up, printed the labels and sent it off. read more

The Public Notary refused her service to a foreign person, for not having a US issued ID, the person needed a document stating the name, current address,source of income and amount of money earned weekly!, the law in the state of TX allows for public notaries to offer their services to those who need a such document as long as they are in the presence of the public notary with a valid current foreign ID to help provide such information fo those applying to lease a property or to get medical help, among other things, but the woman who never stated her name working as a public notary in a rude,loud,and unprofessional way refused her services,which was wrong and is considered discrimination, very inefficient and lack of knowledge to do her job, the notary at another UPS store did it!, no issues! read more

Other reviewers love this store, and I do too when the manager is around. Unfortunately today I came at 8:25 am and Raven had arrived late. I knocked on the front door until she opened it; she seemed to be in a daze, I presumed from lack of sleep. She had a hard time doing my packages, got the pricing wrong, got the address wrong (twice on the same package), and generally wasn't with it. If this was a one-time thing, I'd understand, but sadly I have dealt with her before and this is how she operates. I came early to beat the crowd, but I'd rather stand in line and get a clerk who does the job right the first time. I'll be back, because this location is the only convenient one, but it's too often a frustrating experience. read more

Came here to do an int'l fax and the receiving party only got half of it (1 out of 2 pages). Came back the next day to ask them to refax it and they requested the full amount to re-process it ! I've been here about 3-4 times... The staff here has always dealt with my paper mailing noob self in a pleasant manner. A couple of nice ladies work over here that i've seen. I just sent a letter the other day.. to CANCEL my membership at the evil bally total fitness next door that I use to go to.. I wanted to make sure everything was right going out. cost me 66 cents. Thats not too bad for me.. i'm sure it'd be cheaper if you just uh.. bought a stamp and your own envelope.. but I wanted to track this sucker.. I bet Ballys will do anything to weasel their way out of something. Everyone here is friendly and seems to be willing to go out of their way to help if needed. I have observed many interactions with a customer who is clueless and the employees are patient and professional. They do get busy sometimes, but they do what they can to keep the line moving. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot - watch out for erratic drivers! The store and staff are great. read more

I went to this store a few times and it was just outrageous. First I went to ship a poster (valued at $4). They didn't have any packaging for it, so I provided my own packaging. They were to charge me $22 to ship this posters. I thought it sounded a bit much. Then lady working mentioned that the employee had entered it in wrong. He corrected it. He recalculated the price to be $37. Outrageous. I told them I couldn't do it and took it to the post office and shipped it for $5. Another time I had a tennis racket to be shipped. They were going to charge me $42 for it. Outrageous. I went to the post office got it shipped for $15. Just today I had a pool cue that I wanted shipped. I went to UPS they initially quoted for $27. I thought it wasn't to bad. When it came to check out the price jacked me and then totaled me for $62. I asked why they said it cost $17 for bubble wrap. Ridiculous! I'm taking it somewhere else. This place has charged me outlandish prices for low quality service. A couple weeks ago I shipped a laptop out of this UPS store for a reasonable price. The person I sent it to hasn't even received it! Now they are complaining. Terrible store. Terrible prices. Outlandish service. read more

I am so disappointed with this store, I can scream. I shipped some ATT equipment back thru this store over a year ago. Now a year later ATT say they did not received the equipment. I went to the store with the # ATT Provided me with and he tell me your have to know the exact date. I said BS, that was last year in June. So he said it would impossible to track package. He would have to g they every package on that date even with he #. So I am being billed for for equipment 636.00 for equipment. I know I sent back at the location. He wasn't eager to help me. I sent back a super overpriced veil to the bridal salon in Tampa, FL after some mis-communication about it from this store last week.... and then LOST the receipt with my tracking number on it. I called the store to see if they could pull it up (I didn't even KNOW what DAY I was there last week) and the girl was super nice to my retarded self and managed to track down the info and even tell me who signed for it when it was delivered to them yesterday! If you are shipping an important package DON'T USE this UPS Store!!! I would give a half star for this location if I could. I mailed two letters from this store on the same day, paying over $50 for next day shipping. My letter was so important I mailed it two ways, both guaranteed delivery. The ups store representative failed to put ANY postage on either of my letters! I wish I was kidding. I hate to say it, but what am I paying for at a ups store other than for the rep to properly put postage on?? Whether you're sending a very important package that must be delivered or simply a gift, don't use this location if you want your package to go anywhere but "returned for insufficient postage". read more
