I only come here to return Amazon purchases and the experience is always great. 95% of the time there is no wait so the process is very quick. The employees are friendly and courteous. It says UPS all over it, but in reality they have nothing to do with UPS. It's a franchise that just slapped their name on it. When I tried to ship a parcel with some documentation that UPS sent me when I generated a label online, they refused to sign for it and told me they wouldn't ship my UPS parcel. What a scam. The clerk had no idea what she was doing either. No truth in advertising here. I ended up having to cancel the shipment and re-generated a new label and took my UPS parcel elsewhere. Save your time & piece of mind and go someplace more trustworthy. The people working here don't know how to use the equipment (copier, fax machine, etc.). Took 20min and three different employees to copy a few documents and fax. And they didn't even do either of those processes correctly! read more

This location of the UPS store is great! They're always very efficient, friendly and straightforward with their jobs. Not only do they recommend the best shipping deals they also offer color and black-and-white copies. They recently did some copies for me and they turned out perfect. Spencer is the manager up there and the man definitely knows what he's doing. He's always friendly and greets me by name and I always feel confident about the goods I'm shipping through that location. They were very busy with multiple customers the other day when I went in and the guys handled it like pros. Multitasking and taking care of several customers at once. They were really rude , when we asked for help they don't bother even getting up and moving from where They were at, they both looked at us as if they didn't work there. Until the 3rd time the man finally got up and helped. But when we were waiting a regular came in and the workers were really nice towards them. Not to mention one of them was just watching us while she was on her phone. read more

I have called them when they are busy and they still answer any shipping questions I have. They alert me on time when I get a delivery. I do not live close to this location but with the service they provide I will be renewing for another year. The customer service has deteriorated tremendously since Spencer left as manager of this location. I've been a box holder for 3.5 years and since he left, I have experienced mistakes with not being properly notified when packages have been received as well as personnel not being able to easily find packages when I submit notifications. I've even had items delivered and not received notifications in my mailbox so I've had to ask them to look for them. There has been an increased appearance of disorganization in general. I've had to wait longer at the counter as well because efficiency isn't as stellar. When I have had multiple packages or heavier boxes, the current staff doesn't offer to help carry out. When Spencer was at this location, he and his staff would always insist to help carry boxes to my car. They always greeted me by name which was always impressive and very professional, yet unexpected. They made the extra effort to be friendly and appreciative. That doesn't happen anymore. read more

Go to the UPS Store at Preston & Beltline. This store hires morons except JP. EVERY time I come here I leave thinking it takes twice as long as the other store does and I leave wishing I would not have come here for convenience. Their prerequisite for hiring people must be -can they breathe? The guy today called me Ahngee pronouncing my name from the computer after providing my phone number. Uhhhhm no dude it's Angie. I would expect this from someone who isn't American but not Joshua. Last time I came in for color copies only to realize that I received black and white (after returning to my office). Awesome! Two trips later I had what I came for. This time to ship a package.... Two trips later and after deciding to wait on JP the second trip, my package is on its way. UPS store start a training program and get with the program. Your new people that rotate through, all too often, are a complete whip to deal with. read more
