I asked them to print papers for me. They printed horizontal papers in portrait mode. It's common sense that they should be in landscape. After I spoke to them about they said they would charge me for the ones already printed and the new ones if I wanted them in landscape. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Many of us in the store were looking to do Amazon returns and needed some assistance. The person at the counter said he was busy and we should go to the Amazon return kiosk and follow the instructions. Unfortunately, many did not understand the instructions and the man at the counter (long hair and glasses) had a horrible attitude and told us to read and figure it out. The employee then went on to argue when customers were asking questions about obtaining a receipt for their return. I wish I was kidding. Beware of the store. Employees are rude. This location will charge you for everything even with a UPS label prepaid! Last week I took a package and they wanted to charge an extra fee for printing off their own label and an additional fee for shipping a package with a label already on it. I needed to do a quick Amazon return and the two items I was returning already were in their original packaging. I just pulled up the two QR codes that Amazon provided and showed them to the young man at the counter. Ok , this is a fyi in case I was not the only person that did not know that postage stamps could be sold for more than what the Post Office sells them for! I purchased a book of forever stamps a the the UPS Store at Coit and Campbell. When I got home I checked my receipt (had other items on it) and then I noticed the price! They charged $18.99 for a book of 20 stamps. The post office sells them for $14.60. I attempted to return the stamps at UPS and they said that they do not accept returns on stamps! The receipt did not indicate that with a NR. They just keep saying it was company "policy". So now I know you can pay more for stamps then you do at the PO or you can pay less by buying them on the internet! But I will not get them at UPS again. read more

This location nickel and dimes you to death. Need a piece of tape? $1. Need a label? $1. Need a to drop off USPS package? $1. Location at Campbell and 75 will not charge these erroneous fees. I'd recommend using them. read more

I stopped by this store after 5pm to have a document notarized. I was told the notary is only available 9-5pm on weekdays. Next day I stop in around 4pm. That day I was told the notary hours are 11-3:30pm. I stopped in again the following day at noon on my lunch break and was told the notary had not come in for the day and staff wasn't sure when notary would be in that day. Well...it seems like these guys are either having a bad day or just run a bad business all together. I show up to get my printing order and the staff is outside having a yelling match with 2 very unhappy customers. Literally yelling so loudly I could hear from inside the building. When they finally come take care of me, the printing I needed was cut wrong and I could not use half of it. They said they knew but were just going to give it to me for free. I don't care about the cost, I needed my printing. They could have easily reprinted it and cut it correctly, but seemed too busy with their drama out front. I will take my printing elsewhere from now on and I recommend everyone else doing the same. If I could give a zero star I would. read more

By far the Best UPS store that I've found. Their prices are lower than the others and they're work is much better as far as Boxing up your shipments. I had 2 pieces of equipment to box and ship. They helped me get it into my car (which it wouldn't fit I had to bring my van and they walked out and loaded it for me without me even having to come back inside). The person that I shipped the box to said that he'd never seen a packing job done so well. So this is my new go-to place for UPS packaging. read more

In recent months, I have had the opportunity to use the UPS store #6506 on North Coit in Richardson, T.X. I was in the process of finding a new job. As one can imagine, it is a very difficult undertaking with resumes, scanning/copying, supplies, notary, computer usage etc., how wonderful it was to find such a gem in our community. The store is the most organized and welcoming UPS store I have ever seen. The owners present their service at such a high standard. If the UPS corporate office wanted to show the way a UPS store should operate, they should take a look at store #6506. As for the personnel, co-owners Salim Momin and Hanif Jussab are the most professional and attentive people. Whatever I needed, they were so eager to help. I have been going to this store for 2-3 years now and everyone was so nice and helpful. But I think management changed because last two times I've been there, an older couple are running the store and seem to have no sense of customer service. I go in and they are busy talking to each other or can't find my package eventhough I received an email from UPS saying it was delivered there. I had an item that I was returning back to the seller. I didn't realize the shipping label was the US postal service. I had my newborn with me and the employee was extremely gracious and helped me out by giving my return to their post office pick up. He even gave me an envelope to mail it in. I found myself in the middle of a move back in July and needed a secure place for my mail. I was shocked to see the UPS sign at Coit & Campbell, such a good location, it was needed in this spot ( didn't want to travel to the Arapaho location). From the time I walked in through this moment the entire staff has made me feel like a friend!!! I've had 2 other UPS accounts before but this location is special. As soon as you walk in they know your name, they know possibly why you've walked in, for me it's probably that my shakes or moisturizer arrived lol. They send me an email when packages come in so that I don't need to wonder. Even got a call once just to say I had regular mail. Walking into this store is like walking into a room of friends, we have quick talks, we laugh and wish eachother a great night or weekend. The manager of this store, Eric Hernandez, is terribly unprofessional. I will not be doing business with this location again. Last May our son spent almost $800.00 with this store sending items from college home for the summer. Then, he recently shipped 5 medium sized boxes back to Texas and had them sent to this store for pickup. A day or two after the first 4 boxes arrived we went to pick them up. The lady at the store indicated there is a $5.00 per box charge for accepting the packages. We asked since he had spent a significant amount of money (especially for a college kid) in May if they could waive the fee. She agreed. The next day the final package arrived and when we went to pick it up Mr. Hernandez accused us of refusing to pay the holding fee the day before, and said in addition to paying the fee for the first 4, the last box would be $15.00 because it was "oversized". After a bizarre discussion where it became apparent Mr. Hernandez did not care about doing the small things it takes to keep a customer, he basically said, "Here, take your boxes and get out". There was no charge, but his interaction was totally out of bounds. This man had an issue waiving $35.00 for a college kid who spent almost $800. Really? Now, let's do some math. $800 x 3 more years of doing this is: $2,400 worth of business that store won't be getting. Oh, but Mr. Hernandez says they have plenty of business.
