This review is about the attitude of some of the staff that works at this location. When you drop off a box and request a receipt for the drop off, the employee should graciously accept the request and print you one, hopefully with a smile or at least with a friendly attitude. What they should not do is act as if you are putting them out, throwing their hands in the air out of frustration because they have to stop what they are doing, say "give me a second!!" in a frustrating and nasty tone to go and print you a receipt they should do automatically anyway. Being a business owner myself, employees need to realize that the personality they project to their customers determines if a person will come back or not. I requested the receipt and was even patient while he finished up what he was doing, despite his rude behavior and demeanor. I almost asked him if I was putting him out, by requesting something that should be automatic in the first place, but I didn't because I was not sure what he would do to my package when I left. You do not act like that with a customer period, especially one who has every right to ask for a receipt for their records no matter how bad your day is or what you are in the middle of at the time. This delay is especially concerning because the package contains an expensive perfume, and the situation is now reflecting poorly on my business. I've always had positive experiences before, so this was unexpected and frustrating. I hope they can improve communication and ensure timely handling of shipments moving forward. As of right now I'm considering the package stolen.

The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
