I've been coming to this UPS Store for the past 5 years, and I have to hand it to them--they are always so helpful and patient, no matter how busy they are! All of my packages have arrived when they were supposed to, and I've never had anything misplaced or damaged. They truly go above and beyond. A special shout-out to Kim for always answering all of my (sometimes annoying ) shipping questions and being so helpful! I live just 2 minutes from another UPS Store, but I gladly drive 10 minutes out of my way for the better service here. Thank you, Store #0247, for all your help and excellent customer service! So thankful I found you guys! read more

I just left this UPS location and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Chris! He was incredibly patient and helpful with all of my Amazon returns from items I needed to return for an upcoming trip. It can be a little nerve-racking walking into a store with a bunch of returns, especially when you're worried about holding up the line or taking up too much of someone's time, but Chris made the entire process so easy. He was patient, kind, and handled everything as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much, Chris, for the amazing customer service! It was truly appreciated. read more

Kim was awesome! So nice and patient. She helped me with a very large amount of boxes. Thanks again Kim! read more

Went in for a notary. Good price. Nice cool, clean store. Fast and friendly service. Thank you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went in with my dad to get some forms notarized. The young man that was helping us out was very rude and unprofessional. I went with my dad because his English was not very good. Once I translated something for my dad, the young man said "figured" and walked away. I felt so disrespected.. I was then helped my the manager who was very friendly. My star goes to the manager who was great! Never coming back to this location.. I think more customer service training is needed for this location, specifically this employee. read more

I am filing a complaint regarding an unjustified fee charged at one of your stores. After UPS failed to deliver my package and returned it without offering pickup options, the sender re-shipped it to a UPS Store so I could collect it after work. The store charged me $20 just to accept the package, despite the shipping already being fully paid. I have never experienced a carrier charging customers to pick up their own shipments. This fee is unreasonable and was not disclosed beforehand. I am requesting a refund of the $20 and clarification on why customers are charged to retrieve packages that UPS failed to deliver properly. read more

Priority parking in a busy shopping center on a Friday afternoon can be an absolute LIFE SAVER for a guy on crutches! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the owner of the Costa Mesa UPS Store on Harbor Blvd! read more

Always easy to get in and out of, not much to say, solid run business, never had a problem.

Always super efficient and friendly! The reserved parking out front is super clutch too. If you already have labeled packages and don't need a receipt, you can leave packages on the corner on the right if there's a long line. I always appreciate that. read more

I've been going to this UPS store location for a couple of years. I used to use the one on Newport and 19th all the time but the customer service at the Baker/Harbor one is just outstanding!! The manager is really on top of it and all of the staff are notaries. I'm especially impressed by Kim and Cindy. They recognize me by name, are super knowledgeable and helpful. I also recommended my best friend to get a po box there read more

Bad customer service. Took a large box with already a return label from Amazon and they refused to take it because of the size when Amazon said it was okay and was ready to go but the employee there said they could not take it because of the size and there was not going to be room in there truck for it and was going to cost them more since there a franchise location. Okay well your UPS so therefore you take UPS returns correct? Bad customer service told me to take it to another location or call for a pick up. Honestly I think he just didn't want to carry or move the box. Went to a different location the one I always go to and they took it right away with no questions and told me as long as it's labeled they take it. Will never go back to this location. read more

They will not take responsibility for the damaged delivery! They wont speak with you nor help you with a claim. When trying to speak with them they will hang up on you. read more

Lost and/or stole my package. Dropped off a shipment there with pre paid UPS label. They scanned it and the box magically disappeared after I left. Have started a formal investigation with UPS to find it. Would recommend a different UPS store or a different shipping service. read more

I've been to this UPS location in the past and was pretty disappointed by the customer service. I have even been driving quite a bit further to go to a different UPS location just because I felt they had better customer service. However, Aria changed this today and he made me a "believer" again! He was not only friendly but went above and beyond the "call of duty" for me by doing me a favor and saving me a trip to the post office! Thank you, Aria! read more

I was in today the Monday before Mother's Day. It was packed. They were so efficient and professional. I had to wait for the fax to complete so I got to watch for a few minutes. I was really impressed. They provide so many services I have used them for years. Today they were amazing with managing so many different types of services. I really can't say enough. We're lucky to have the resource in the neighborhood. read more

This review is for the Notary services only. I wish I could give them more stars, but honestly, I think my boyfriends mom knew more about the way documents should go more than the notary girl. I asked her a few questions about the signature and what should the document should say and she just kept saying "just sign there, that's fine". I think they need some retraining soon. read more

I frequently use this location and they took the door stop off the door. I'm using a dolly for big packages. This is a huge inconvenience. Staff has said "it broke" and they have said "we removed it because after hours customers left it open." To me, it seems like the reason they removed it was because it was hot and they don't like to get up and close the door if a customer leaves it open. All I know is everyone who comes in with their hands full would appreciate it if they reinstalled the door prop lock feature. read more

I am extremely grateful for the excellent service that William provided at my local USP Store this morning. I was concerned about returning Amazon items that I failed to order correctly...whew! I had never returned Amazon merchandise before and William pleasantly assured me that he would assist me with the process. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Thank you, William! read more

Zane, the associate helping me, was very snarky and rude. The customer service here is lacking immensely, he made the experience feel like a chore as he'd rather be back conversing with his coworker. Overall horrible experience from start to end. read more

The owner of this store is one of the most helpful people I've met. He really wants his customers to succeed and goes out of his way to make that happen. The staff look out for you providing exceptional services for all your office needs. Beats Staples copy center by a mile. When I need something shipped that's urgent or expensive I use this store only, over my own shipping department; and the brown truck that shows up at the shop stuff more then occasionally seems to fall off somewhere along the way. Thanks George. read more

Kim and Natalia were amazing in helping me out with my HUGE shipment of very fragile items! It took me over 2 days to ship everything! I always come here to send back my Amazon and online returns. They never lose anything, the staff is well trained to be pleasant and efficient. They always give a tracking receipt. I've never paid to send out anything personally. Just the free returns. read more

Very easy. I came here for some printing. Was not familiar with the store setup. The guy behind the counter pointed me to computer when I told him what I need and asked if I need any help. I said no and was out of there within two minutes...very convenient. read more

William quoted me 12$ for a box & then when I checked out he charged me 15$ because he used his own tape. I informed him before that I had my own supplies in the car & he told me to just bring in the bubble wrap ... & then charged 3 dollars more for tape that's very frustrating. Then he told me the box would be 18x18x6 & the box ended up being 20x20x9 which also cost me 16$ more to ship!! read more

I love that they do Amazon returns here. It was so easy and I didn't even need to package it. I came after work and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. read more

Monica at this store..... OH MY GOSH! She was thee most HELPFUL, considerate, hard worker I have ever met. I brought in my keyboard to be boxed up because I am moving to Alaska. It probably took her almost an hour to box up this nightmare. Bubble wrapped, had to cut boxes to make the keyboard fit, and the helped me bring it back to my car. Plot twist.... After all of that The box DID NOT FIT IN MY CAR. She brought it back in the store, cut down the box even more to make it fit so I didn't have to pay the $500 to ship it to Alaska. The sweetest human for taking that extra time and care to make sure I was taken care of during an already stressful time. THANK YOU MONICA! read more

I used to love coming to this location because of the friendly staff and good service! They recently changed their policy to print and I was charged $2.11 to print out one page (shipping label) for a USPS priority package drop off! This is such a bummer because it was nice coming to one place to print a label and ship but now I'll likely go to staples and then the post office instead. That is a total rip off :( read more

Dear George, Can I just say what an amazing crew you had working today. I came in to drop off some packages and get a mailbox rental. Melvin was so sweet, patient, and just overall great attitude while helping with the mailbox, but JD was such a team player in helping out the 8-10 customers that all decided to come in at the same time. Both smiling, quick and super helpful and kind to every customer. I love that they remember to thank each customer and didn't rush them along. I told Melvin to go ahead and get the line down and he could come back and help me. It was my fault that I didn't mention a coupon I had earlier I worked retail for 12 years then worked at Walgreens as a pharmacist for 5 years. It is hard to find such positive attitude when everything is chaotic. These two gentlemen are rock stars! Look forward to coming by and seeing their smiling faces when I pick up my mail. read more

They are always super nice to us, at this UPS store! Half the time, I walk in with a package to return or something weirdly sized or temperature sensitive to ship and they have always been great at helping (you know, finding that right mix of price and shipping speed). Honestly, I'm here almost every single day. There is nothing they can't do.
