I gave one star because it wouldn't left me leave zero. I mail a LOT of packages for my business and for personal reasons. I have been going to this UPS store for several years because the staff was very nice and the store was convenient for me. But lately they have had a change in staff and not for the better. One lady that works there now is so incredibly rude that I would rather drive a little farther away then to give this store any of my business. Hopefully, this person will leave or be replaced otherwise I fear the lack of customer service will continue to drive business away from this store. read more

Rude and horrible service by the owner! I regularly went in there to buy stamps ( lots of them, I spent $300 last week). I usually go in after work and buy my stamps. Well I happen to be off midweek and needed to ship a package. The box tops were open and I needed a piece of tape about a foot long for both boxes. She said that is a $1 each! I at first agreed then, gave her the $2 and took my business elsewhere. I spent quite a bit of money there and will never do so again. Unfortunately for her she didn't recognize me as the business person that is in there regularly and chose to be cheap and treat the tattooed guy that walked in there like crap (both people are me if you have not caught that). I wish I had gotten the name of the women who helped me both times. It was right around 9:00 am both on a weekday. She seems like she might be a manager. Do not ever pay for scanning at any UPS store. They charge $4.50 for each scan AND at a Staples you can ha e it done for under $1.00 . Absolutely ridulous, I feel like I just got robbed. I go here when I have RMA package to send back to our vendors. If you have pre-paid label you can ask them to give you a tracking receipt. This place comes in handy during the holidays if you do not want to go to USPS and wait. You pay a bit of premium tacked on to normal rates, but then what is the time worth to you. They have a notary on site and they also have PO Boxes. UPS stores are nice small franchises to have in the neighborhood. read more

The short white lady that works didn't want to help me look up a zip code & then tried to discourage me from using UPS because according to her, Fedex ships faster. I didn't understand why she was being short with me and really rude. Then, another customer walks in, she turns her back on me to greet this gentleman, who just happened to be caucasian. She literally left me at the counter while she assisted this man. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP OR EXAGGERATING - This really did happen. I'm sure they got this on their surveillance cams. The age of trump ladies & gentlemen. Needless to say, after 5 full minutes of just watching her happily assist the other customer, without any sort of attitude or suggestions to visit a FedEx location, I said F you guys, and left. Clean and tidy store but rude attendant. Went to pick up package. Simple transaction. Attendant was very rude. She didn't even pretend to be polite. Would not even smile or respond when I asked how her day was. Just nasty and seemed to enjoy being that way. Awful experience. This was the last part of a shipping disaster that was characterized by UPS errors and reshipments all through the process. Unfortunately it never improved. I will not use UPS again. read more

Well another great experience at this UPS store. I came in with several Amazon packages to return. I am greeted by name by Rachelle (how she remembers all of her regular customers names I don't know but she does) anyways I did one of the packages labels wrong and was mad at myself because I was going to have to go back home and return. Very disappointed in customer service offered today. I went in with a small speaker to ship using a company acct. I also needed it wrapped and packed in a box. I was first told they couldn't wrap it, so I tried to purchase a box. I wasn't told how much box or wrapping cost. The employee then began to wrap it and box it for me anyway, without asking (though I let her because that's what I preferred). When I tried to give her the account number for shipping and the box fee she then said they couldn't print a label and charge the company, that I needed a label. I ended up paying over $10 for the box (maybe 12inx10inx2in)) and bubble wrap only. read more

I have to say customer service is a hard job I have seen people come in the store and be rude and nasty to the ladies that work there and for no reason. People get nasty because they charge for postal return and they don't accept FedEx items I think it's safe to assume that there logo on the outside n there work attire does not have the fedex logo so why get mad when they tell u they can't accept it. People please stop assuming these ladies are your personal assistant when it comes to your phone or Amazon return they are helpful but you need to do your part as well so they can help you take care of what you need to get done. The package was never scanned by the driver who picked it up and this store said it "wasn't there problem" I've had to call and call multiple times to find out where my box is. I went to this address expecting it to be the office of my property management company. I drove from Diamond Bar to Corona to drop off an envelope. I told the person the business I was looking for. She told me in a rude tone that she couldn't tell me if that business was there without a court order. There were many businesses in the complex and was just determining if I was in the right place. She then told me she couldn't confirm her address without a court order. So I addressed the envelope, paid .77 for a .50 stamp to have her toss the envelope in some plastic bin. I arrived around 5:30 pm to return some items from Amazon, and the front desk associate was very rude and condescending. She had an attitude the entire time she assisted me with my returns and was very unpleasant. I inquired about the cost of a poly mailer to return the shoes I had purchased. She informed me that the cheapest product she had would cost me $7. I didn't end up buying the recommended product and so was unable to return my shoes. Alternatively, I ended up going to the UPS on Foothill Pkwy off the 15 Fwy (1973 Foothill Pkwy Unit 110 Corona, CA 92881) to inquire about the cost of poly mailers. Right away, the front desk associate (Zeidy) was so helpful and efficient. I told her what I was looking for, and she ended up selling me a poly mailer for $2.18 and ended up completing my return! I was shocked by the drastic difference in the quality of services provided by these two locations. It was like night and day. If the franchise owner of this UPS Store would like to know more about my displeasing experience at this location, I will be more than happy to provide this information. read more

I've used this store off and on for about 15 years to ship packages and pick up supplies on an emergency basis (they're way too expensive to buy things there regularly). Rachelle's customer service skills are excellent, but everyone else has been rude and indifferent. About 6 months ago, I got fed up with the PO box service at the post office and opened a box at this store, even though the cost was about 3 times what the post office would charge, I thought the service and convenience would make up for it. Recently I opened an office locally and tried to forward my mail to that address, but the PO said I would have to arrange for change of address and forwarding. It was explained to me that the UPS Store would need to charge me $15 a month to hold my mail for forwarding, and that the only other charge would be for actually mailing my mail to the new address. So i wound up paying them $45 for three months forwarding, and the first time they had something to forward to me, they billed my credit card almost $14! For a couple of pieces of junk mail! What a rip-off! So if you have to use them to drop-off pre-paid packages or pick up some emergency office supplies, that's an option, but for anything else, go elsewhere! read more

Yesterday evening at around 5:30 pm. I went to this location to ship a package. As I entered the store, a female associate greeted me and said hello. When she saw a bag in my hand, she asked me if I wanted to ship the package. As I said yes, she said she needed to get me the estimate first before she could do anything I said fine I told her that I will also need to purchase the box. She then asked me the zip code where the package was going She did not look at my bag what I had in the bag, how large the item.was, or checked how much it weighed. She did not put the bag on the scale. She entered some information on her computer and told me it would be eleven dollars for the shipment and six dollars for the box. I figured something was not right. My items did not weigh more than two pounds and it.would have fitted in an 8x8x8 box. I asked the associate if the price was right. She said yes. I thanked her and left the store. Today, I went to the Postal Annex within a mile from this store. It cost me a total of eleven dollars including the box. Now, you tell me who to trust? read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at this store. Maybe it was just this one person at the counter today, so I'm giving two stars instead of one. After paying postage for a small package to be shipped, I asked how much postage was needed to mail a greeting card (extra was required). I guess she didn't like that I asked her if she could tape the envelope since the glue didn't stick that well. She told me in an abrupt tone that's it's fine, put three stamps on and bring it back to be mailed. This was my first visit in awhile and will be my last! Went there yesterday to ship back my busted AT&T U-Verse receiver. As soon as I walked in, the lady working behind the counter took one quick look at the pre-paid shipping box & barked at me, "Do you have the paperwork they gave you? I need your customer ID number, blah, blah, blah." I was so upset by her demanding attitude that I felt like asking her if she also needed my business because she sure wasn't acting like she did. So I took my box and went to the other UPS store on Magnolia who treated me like GOLD. I will NEVER go to that UPS store again & I strongly urge no one else to go there either. Shipped the bike today... ACTUAL size, weight and cost.... 58 X 8 X 29....36 lbs, shipped via UPS ground cost (will go out tomorrow and will be delivered Friday) $42.94 and that was because I added insurance on the package. If I didn't insure the package, it would have been $35.06. The place I took it to wasn't even a UPS store, it was an authorized location! And this store wanted to charge me over $200...just for shipping!! This store is a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! I contacted UPS corporate office after I shipped it...my question was: Are your UPS locations allowed to charge whatever they want to ship out a package? I was at the 60 W Foothill Pkwy Ste 105 Corona, CA 92882 location and the lady there wanted to charge me over $200 to ship a bicycle to zip code 92880. I checked online and then went to my local postal store and the actual cost was only $43... Their reply: The UPS Stores are independently owned and operated franchises that offer convenient shipping locations, certified packaging experts, and published UPS shipping rates. Published UPS rates are offered for both freight charges and miscellaneous charges (except for declared value). The UPS Store locations may charge additional fees for other shipping services such as packaging and document preparation. The fees for additional services vary by location. First of all, she would not show me the "published pricing" and second, it was not additional fees for "other shipping services." If you include that, she would have charged me close to $300. So I guess this means UPS doesn't care that their company looks bad when an independent owner is trying to rip people off... read more

Rude unprofessional insults the customer. I had a name change and came in with my Id to fix my personal business. Not only did they state my judge ordered County stamped name change affidavit was NOT a legal document they illegally held my Dr license until I could produce a Dr license in old name. They charged me $3 to pay for two pieces of paper as a surcharge for me to get my Dr license back. This is ILLEGAL. period. Defamation, Wrongful seizure of property. Rachelle was unprofessional. I asked for eight photocopies. She gave me colored copies, and began berating me when I questioned $6.00 for 8 copies. I explained that I was disabled and had a hearing loss in my right ear, and that I wanted black and white copies. She then made fun of my disability, refused to stop with ten minutes of sarcasm when I asked for black and white copies. She lacked good customer service skills, patience, and above all kindness and sensitivity towards the disabled. I was so disturbed by her meaness that I called UPS corporate. Imagine what she does when the owner's not looking....how many customers do you loose with behavior like that???? RUN don't do business there. read more

Frankly, if I could give a no star, I would. But that doesn't seem to be an option. I went in to mail a package to New Zealand, had a rough idea of how much it would cost from previously mailing a package to Japan at the height of Christmas. Needless to say, forewarned is forearmed, they have a 69 percent markup on all things USPS. What should have cost just shy of 70 dollars cost me 115. They are supposed to disclose the mark up but do not. I had the fairly nice black woman help us and she's always there with a smile and a hello. I like her. Comments from friends after made me look up the dimensions and weights on USPS and discovered I'd been grossly overcharged. A return trip to the store twice (manager/owner was not in the first time) to request a refund of the difference, and ask why the gross markup was met with a looming male (Husband or owner, don't know, he wasn't in a uniform) and being repeatedly shut down, told that we were wrong, that if they had our package they would give it to us and we could take it somewhere else. Which is a felony, because once it was passed over, it was postal property, and that would be tampering. Knew I wasn't getting any money back, asked for numbers and addresses where I could escalate this and was literally told to get out of her store. There is a silver lining to this, and it didn't come from this store. I rage tweeted on twitter about what happened, and was contacted by a representative of the UPS Store who took my story, and issued me a refund for the difference as a gesture of goodwill. I suggest contacting them, or tweeting to @TheUPSStoreCare and ask for Hala. Seems if I want great service from UPS Store, I'll have to hit up the magnolia one, but frankly, the priority mail service from the USPS, when done online is infinitely cheaper and I regularly have stuff get there in three days. This location is only good for dropping off regular postal mail already with a stamp on it, or pre-paid labels. But other than that, you'll be charged 1.50 for a piece of tape (better off buying some from the grocery store adjacent) and your services that are not UPS directly will have an approximately 69 percent mark-up. read more
