I had three different colors and they selected the perfect color and font that will see clearly on all. One thing I liked about this company is that upon drop off, they will email you a rendering of your product before completing the job. I really appreciated this feature because he asked for feedback and approval before moving forward. The job did not take long even though I dropped off around Christmas time. The price was even better, I could not believe the price I paid for the quality of services. I called the company after a google search around 10am, by 1130am, I had a returned call and voicemail. Later that day I was dropping off my order. Once my order was completed, I received an email that allow me to pay for my order online via email or card which is very convenient. They also offered a deliver service which I did not use as I live so far away. However, they offer delivery upon completion which is great. Overall awesome and I do mean awesome experience with Elliot Graphix. I have used so many other print and embroidery shops all over the U.S. and the service stands out here. That stood out to me because I want to work with people who actually want my business. I spoke with Robbie. I sent him the images and he provided me with a quote and feedback. I told him when I needed the shirts and he said he could oblige. I told him I needed the shorts done by Friday. He had them done by Tuesday. Way far in advance. He continued to keep communication open and replied promptly when I reached out. He even offered to meet me so that I wouldn't have to drive to the print shop. I was very appreciative of that.
